Nous avions réservé la chambre pour la nuit du 3 au 4 mai, nous sommes arrivés vers 1h du matin, la dame de l’accueil ne trouvait pas notre réservation, après recherche il s’avère que notre réservation avis été annulée par la précédente hôtesse, l’hôtesse de nuit a été très sympathique et n’a pas arrêté de s’excuser, même le lendemain au petit déjeuner. Nous félicitons donc cette jeune dame pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Bon hôtel

Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. La chambre correcte et propre, bien chauffée. Le parking pratique, l' établissement bien situé. Le personnel etait aimable.

On n' a pas aimé Bourges mais au moins son Kyriad est bien.

Assez bien dans l'ensemble

L'emplacement de l'hôtel et facile d'accès, Les chambres sont bien malgré la place restreinte, bonne literie . Un mini frigo dans le meuble sous la tv serait un plus , non négligeable en été lors de canicule..

Very good

Convenient for Bourges (about 3km away from centre so we walked in). Rooms fairly comfy although very small, with the ensuite even smaller! But there was a fair amount of storage space so we could put some of our smaller bags in the wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. Restaurant wasn't open for dinner but the space is used for breakfast, which was good. A comfortable stopover hotel, probably not suitable for more than 1 or 2 nights.

Ensuite very small Hotel is a bit shabby (except restaurant which looks quite new) but everything seemed clean

Great service in difficult times.

We were delighted, considering the present pandemic restrictions, how efficient and welcoming the staff and facilities are. We got beers, wine and delicious food to eat in our room. Perfect after a hard day’s drive. Thank you, Catherine, the arrival receptionist and factotum.

Pleasant

The staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast provided was very nice. Croissants were clearly from local baker and not mass produced supermarket variety.

It was shabby, had to ask for tea and coffee for the room. The tea offered was only herbal. Shower in the room was tiny and wasn’t very clean. Not even enough room to dry myself in there, had to come out into the bedroom.

Cheap accommodation for an overnight stop.

The staff was really nice and helpful. We had a problem with the hot water and they solved it quickly.

The room could do some dusting. There were cobwebs in the corners.
