The noise out side my room some type of machine coming on and off all night. The shower was very poor no pressure and €200 for a night is to much for this hotel

Lovely hotel, needs an update but staff, food and overall stay was great.

Breakfast that i had to pay extra for got moved for my last night pool was nice

my first room was horrible and noisy dirty old ensuite ripped net curtains TV did not work

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was suitable for our requirements.

It was very uncomfortable in our room because the temperature was too hot, it exasperated my partner's lung condition.

Bar was good great music

Food, I got the beer batter fish no taste the wife got pizza very doughty could not eat it .our room was like a furness way to hot , the iron did not work and ironing bored would not stay up and we had no hot water in the bath or shower we had to change rooms

Location good and decent breakfast though eggs were all fried and hard.

There were no grip rails next to the toilet or in the shower...which would help reduced mobility customers hugely. An easy fix. Surprised that there were no disabled access rooms in the hotel...is that allowed under EU regulations?

Leisure centre. Restaurant and breakfast

Hotel was grubby in places, needs modernisation. Trolley for luggage was very old. Food in bar below average at lunchtime. Food in restaurant and breakfast were good. Leisure centre good. Toilets were smelly and not cleaned. Surfaces everywhere were sticky whatever cleaning agent was used. Not asked at checkout did we enjoy our stay

Friendly staff and good leisure facilities, I think the hotel may be undergoing an upgrade as some areas and rooms were better than others. Receptiion area was pleasant to sit in, it was nice to have live music every night although on arrival the board hadn't been updated and was a week out of date when we asked what was on they acknowledged this but it still didnt change for a few days later. I think the hotel has the makings.of a really good place to stay but needs attention in some areas overall we did have a good stay

The Boru bar wasn't always clean not sure if they had enough staff because tables were sticky and food on floor was not cleaned up during the night. This is a family friendly hotel with lots of kids facilities so at night tines in boru bar lots of children were running around late at night and to and from bar to play areas. Maybe not the place for a couple or groups for this reason.
