Hotel great for conferences right next to congress centre

4**** hotel 2km from Alhambra, right next to the congress centre (couple of hundred metres). So location super. Staff are great. Ambience is nice. Appreciate the bay windows in the corner room which I had. Strong shower.

Little bit tired in the rooms for a 4**** in a city like Granada.

Very good

The location was good with underground parking next to the hotel for 18eu per day. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although the bed was a little hard for my liking. The rooftop bar has a lovely panoramic view and the breakfast buffet was very good. Staff everywhere were all very nice.

There was only a plug on one side of the bed. The shower head sprayed around a lot with only a small curtain trying to contain the water without much luck.

for 4 star hotel I was expecting better service and rooms. our experience staying here was pretty disappointing

location is good

the hotel is old, bed madras was very hard, and you can feel madras springs. the shower was very narrow and slippery.

A good comfortable hotel in a decent location.

The room was good, AirCon great, bed comfy, powerful shower, hairdryer fell apart on first use. Breakfast was excellent and value for money. Hot and cold dishes, fruit, bread. Location wasn't bad. It was about a 25 minute walk up to Albaicin area (Moorish area) or Alhambra but downhill all the way back. Local supermarkets nearby for snacks and water.

The pool area is set out badly. The pool is up on its own and the adjacent sunbathing area doesn't seem to be well connected. I didn't use the pool as it didn't thrill me.

overall it was good. very reasonable price.

lovely large room, very clean and well equipped for our needs. the bed was a little hard. the bathroom looked a bit tired, it could do with a refit. the air conditioning barely coped, our room had a large window and got the sun for a long part of the day although the blackout curtain did help. great choice at breakfast .

Only one elevator was working and that meant we usually had to wait quite a bit for it

great staff. hotel is ok good value but facilities needs to be refreshed

the staff is very nice and professional, the location is also good although you ll need a taxi to go visit the Alhambra

the facilities are super old l, I think the hotel needs a major refurbishment

Stay another place

Slow check-in. Just one elevator operating - queue. Aircondition not operating at room - chocolate melting.... Coffee machine at breakfast not operating. Mold on yogurt cup - breakfast. Stay another place.....

The location was perfect by the river and just a short walk into the old town, cathedral and the Alhambra Palace. Plenty of places to eat and drink and lovely bazaars to amble around. The rooftop pool was perfect for a dip after a very hot walk around the town.

Friendly staff super breakfasts good location...would visit again

Lovely friendly hotel convenient for the city centre but in a quiet area ....only 10 min walk to nearest tourist bus stop ...super breakfasts choice was really good and you could ask chef to do eggs differently if you didn't want scrambled or boiled ...plenty of places to eat near by ....the Italian by the river by superb but you need to book ....power shower lived up to its name 😁

The lifts are glass bullets on outside of building .....and one wasn't working whilst we visited ....if you don't have a head for heights you will be walking up the stairs ....also the pool is just a plunge pool ...but hit the spot after a day sightseeing .....only other thing was maybe the could do light bites for the evening ....sometimes you just want to get back and not have to go out again

The breakfast was quite good and had various choices.

The room is very small, you can hear people talking in the corridor. Only one out of the 2 lifts is working and moving very slowly. In general, I don't recommend it.

bathroom needs renovation; room position: we could not open the curtains because of the other building right outside our windows
