Great place to stay when visiting Galway

Very close to the entertainment district. Beds were very comfortable.

Our room faced the street, and there was a lot of noise early in the morning.

All was great. Convenient to the entire town

Breakfast was great. I wish they changed something about it once in a while. Each day / all seemed the same. No variation. Even the display was the same

Overall happy, probably would choose another hotel next time.

Relatively central to City centre. Large bar area

Very small bedroom. Roof windows dirty and leaked air. Difficult to maintain nice temperature in room.

Galway Girls

Hotel was very central to the bars and music. Made us a pack up breakfast for.our early morning flight. Requests for extra milk and tea were always dealt with quickly.

Wonderful I would recommend it.

Location was perfect!! I had my 2 daughters with me and they loved the night life in the area. We were also able to walk to everywhere to check out local sight seeing spots. Breakfast was exceptional.

Parking was not ideal. It was in the building next door and had to go through bus depot to get back to our hotel.

Great location with amazing breakfast and staff.

Staff were very welcoming and accomodating upon arrival and throughout. The location was perfect and right next to Eyre Square where you'll find fast food outlets, a convenience store right oposite the hotel and soo many bars with live music next door. The Breakfast was perfect, fried eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms and beans. Toast upon request, coffee and tea along with special coffee's like Latte's and Cappacino's.

Tripple room was a little too small, would have been great if the room was bigger.

Very disappointed, defo will not be returning.

The bar staff , one girl in particular were exceptional. She makes a fantastic passion fruit daiquiri.

Breakfast . We were down at 8 and EVERYTHING was COLD. Cold black pudding is particularly rank. Staff on that morning couldn’t saunter around any slower if she tried. Our room was TINY , way smaller than anyone else’s. AVOID room 112. Along with size it is like a sauna. No air conditioning, a small desk fan was provided but it did nothing .

Overall okay could be better could have been worse. Probably would stay again though

Great location. Great staff and overall a comfortable pleasant room. Food we had was lovely and a great price for location

There was a lot of construction work going on during our stay which was rather annoying. We were unaware it was happening Also there were dents in the doors and mould on curtains

The reception area was lovely ,papers on Sunday etc

It was so central

When we arrived to the room , it was dirty . The bathroom was unkept, messy plaster work , shower dirty , no stopper in sink The bedroom itself was not clean , the sheet had an ingrained spillage of some sort !!!! Urine ???. The carpet was absolutely filthy , we didn’t dare leave clothes on the floor or walk in bare feet .

Very nice hotel in a great location, staff really nice and any request was catered for , would stay

Breakfast was good, location was excellent evening meal

Evening meal in the restaurant could have been a lot better and when we mentioned it we received a complimentary drink and dessert which was very much appreciated

Enjoyable visit would return.

Location Room was very clean and comfortable. Bottled water would have been a nice touch in the room.

Breakfast Dining Room staff were very very slow. Had to ask multiple times for what we wanted. Disappointing. Music in bar at night was too loud. Would have expected housekeeping daily for the price we paid Towels were just left at door each day.

Wouldn’t recommend

The lobby was nice

Are room stank of chipper food they are also have renovation done which is fantastic but the floor we stayed on was yet to be done we were on the fourth floor and it looked nothing like the photos also the duvet in the room had a coffee stain on (we don’t drink coffee) room cost us nearly 500 clean should be the basic the breakfast in the morning was fine apart from the dirty cups and saucer on the table ( the “clean” one for our use )

Exceptional

Front Staff was Very Friendly and went out of there way to Accommodate Everyone Young Ladies Grab my Bag and Carried up Steps. The Pleasent Smiles at all Times Would go out of There to give you the Greeting of the Day. They made my Stay very Enjoyable.

We wished we coukd have stayed longer, but had only planned for one night.

The hotel was situated just off of Eyre Square, and within walking distance of many attractions. There were numerous restaurants, pubs and shops close by, and the bus station was about a block away.

This is from my sister. Great location. Comfortable and clean.

They over charged my sister saying the VAT wasn't included on her payment. They also tried to over charge another couple nearly double the amount. BEWARE!!

The location of the hotel is amazing, you’re right in the heart of everything

However the rooms are nothing like the pictures they have provided to this site. They are extremely small though they are clean and definitely not worth the price that you’re charged for them

it was good stay but a few things that bad it bad or unwelcoming

what I like about the property was that it was a good location and the food was tasty and some of the staff where very welcoming

I didn’t like what I got for what I paid for was missing things out of the list of things was meant to get , was awoken every morning at 6 with the cleaner , the security guard on the Saturday night was asking people for tips with I think is very inappropriate

it was the most expensive hotel I stayed in for my whole trip to Ireland. it was also the most outdated room I had durin

city center. loads of things to walk to. staff was nice.

PARKING!! Was horrible. Rooms were grossly out dated compared to the pictures on website.

Nice...but overpriced

Beds were comfortable. Very close to the city center

Absolutely no decoration in the room. Very basic and dull. The breakfast room had a sticky floor. The breakfast was very ordinary unusually high price for its content.

Beautiful hotel, convenient location

Great location, very close to the train and bus station, and also very close to the city center. The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. We went for the breakfast included option, and feel that it was excellent value for the quality of food you get. I really liked it here, would definitely recommend
