Nice stay above ARONA

Fantastic view and location, calm, good Restaurant with a very nice terrace, I had a small room on the mountain side, was OK for one night. I guess the valley side rooms are very nice.

Very weak WI-FI, need a car to get to the hotel

Great Lake view but need of improvements in hotel

- lake view - parking - cleaning - calm

- asked for a twin room, gave us a normal room + bed for child … « not available tonight the twin » - quality of restaurant food for the price - bathroom outdated (water stagnig in shower, bidet broken in middle…)

a big disappointment , compared to the other hotels on this trip

the view over the lake the bed was comfortable the à la carte restaurant was good.

breakfast: the service was poor and the choice was only adequate an infestation of punaise/ leaf hopper bugs. we had to change rooms room was too hot. even when we asked for help it didn’t change the temperature

I refused to extra pay for a baby bed, explaining that this is usually a compliment from the hotel. They still put a baby bed in the room, and in the morning they took payment for it

Amazing! Highly recommend!!!!

Can’t beat the full wall of glass view in the room and spectacular lake views from the balcony!!!! Staff are friendly and excellent service! Ate dinner there and the tuna, pasta appetizer and beef were outstanding. Breakfast was very good and even offered scrambled eggs and multiple cups of cappuccino.Quiet location in a very clean room. The bed was a memory foam and so comfortable! Room had a/c but we opted to sleep with the doors wide open for the cool breeze off the lake. Loved it so much!!!! Thank you!!!

Hotel is in a cliff to the water with no safe place to walk. Taxi yo town is Euro 10 one way and worth the safety!

Wonderful place to stay

The staff and their service were exceptional. The room was excellent, with a large terrace overlooking the lake. The bed now as very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We felt well looked after. The parking is private and your car is secure. Nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing to dislike.

Fabulous view and restaurant

We upgraded to a room with a lake view which was spacious. Wonderful warm welcome and fabulous food in their restaurant with a stunning view. We can’t wait to return.

What a view!

Got upgraded to a fantastic, large room with a view of the lake where we enjoyed the sunrise in the morning.

Breakfast had a very limited selection.

Very beautiful view from the room.

The rooms have old and very used furniture . Although we were 2 people, we got a single set of towels. At the restaurant we waited very long before someone took our order and the food was mediocre.

Fantastic view, delicious restaurant !

One of the best hotel ever i will sure come back in summer! Fantastic view from the room, nice and helpful staff. The best hotel restaurant for dinner i have ever find - the food was delicious. Very good coffee for breakfast and wine for dinner. Large privet parking. I would like to come with my children for longer... I am only concerned about ashtrays on the terraces - they are adjacent to each other, for non-smokers, smokers on the terraces from the room below or next to yours, can be a problem in summer... Certainly no smoking should be in the entire facility. not only inside.

I think the tables in the restaurant should be a bit further apart. Restrictions on the number of people have been introduced, but unused tables are standing next to the walls, and those are open for clients - very next to each other. This was only one i dont like at the dinner. Breakfast - only sweet bread, at bed and breakfast level, I wish there was a bit more because it's a really good hotel.
