Très bon séjour dans un plaza agréable

La gentillesse de l’équipe de la réception au service des petits déjeuners, du room service à 23h00, ainsi que le personnel de ménage et d’entretien a été chaleureusement appréciée. La prestation de piscine à disposition est également très agréable car peu fréquentée le matin. L’hôtel un peu vieillissant est cependant remis au goût du jour grâce à des travaux de rénovation conséquents, toujours dans le but de satisfaire sa clientèle. Enfin, les portiers sont adorables et vous trouvent un taxi en moins de 3 minutes pour aller à l’aéroport avec une course 3 fois moins onéreuse que la même pour arriver la veille. N’hésitez pas à leur demander ! Merci à chaque membre de cette charmante équipe de l’lAstoria.

Decent overall, but the property needs maintenance. Not a luxury hotel or resort.

The rooms were well-sized (we actually had 3 rooms for a week, including 1bedroom and 2bedroom suites). The buffet meals were good. We ate most breakfasts and one dinner there. The staff was nice. The pool was nice to have, although cold! The neighborhood was good, with 2 nice malls and other walkable shopping and restaurants.

The hallways on each floor were beat up and drab and did not give a good, welcoming feel. When we got off the elevator, I instantly worried that the rest of my family would be disappointed in my choice of properties, because of how the hallways looked. The cleaning of the rooms, and state of furniture, was maybe 8/10. But our room in particular had no p-trap under the sink, so we had a constant sewer smell in the room. Yuk. The underground parking was also SUPER tight, and they let cars park along the wall in front of the stalls, too. So with a longer rental van, it was very difficult to get into the space they assigned.

The staff were friendly and helpful.very polite too

It was clean, but towels were not enough despite the information we have provided upon check in

There was a misinformation because in booking.com advert it said x1 double bed and x2 single beds but it was not! There were x2 double beds and dis appointing as my sons did not want to share bed with other sibling.

Still nice, although the pets problem is worldwide, I know.

The size of the room is great.

I know the problem of pets is difficult in Philippines, I hope I can get rid of it in my room, but unfortunately I encounter cockroach 3 times in 2 weeks stay. One time in the bath room, resting inside the towel, and I killed it. Second and third time near sofa and it runs back inside sofa, maybe the same one. Sorry to say so.

Nice hotel stay but needs a better reception staff/area

room we had was clean, and really huge for just 2 people. bed was comfy, bathroom is clean, kitchen has complete utencils (well except for scissors)

reception staff are unbelievably slow, reception area is small and could use more seats. people checking in and out are mostly standing because only seniors have seats

It’s a nice place with family and all the staff were really nice.

We were surprised when we saw the two bedroom apartment as it was really spacious and really good for the family. They will clean it all the time.

The check in was really busy and it was 3pm and we were not yet given a room.

It is still a good value for money because of the spacious room.

Our room was honestly a good value for our money. the beds are good for four people (we only booked for three), but the whole space can probably accommodate at least two more if they don't mind sleeping at the sala or sharing a bed with one other person. it All the staff were really good and attentive, most especially the receptionist and those who were waiting on us during the breakfast buffet Has a free parking space allotted for us The breakfast buffet included was reasonable too

The aircon in the living area isn't cooling the space that much (or at all), especially in the afternoon. We had to open the doors of the other rooms with better aircon units so that the cold air will reach the living area. We found small cockroaches in the comfort rooms and in the kitchen. The lock of the guest bedroom (the smaller one) is broken. If I close the door completely, there's no way that I can open it unless I'm inside the room, so I had to keep it ajar all the time. It took some time for the housekeeping to finish cleaning our rooms and we weren't able to check in on the dot. We had to wait in the lobby and there was not much waiting space for a lot of people. Hard to set up the Netflix on the TV and we were just too tired that night to ask for assistance from the staff despite these, I would still consider booking this place if I needed a larger space for my family.

Love the space, love the staff - marge and also eric

I like the fact that there is a separate bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living room.

The bathroom - there is no glass door in the shower, water was splashing out into the bathroom floor every time I shower, very messy. The internet - the netflix on the TV, cannot connect to the internet.

Astoria comfirt and luxury service value money rightly spend.

The check in formalities was excellent to start with that include the reception staff. The breakfast hace choices enjoyable...room service is in time. My family my children enjoyed the luxury of Astoria hotel hospitality . We stayed 6 days it was wonderful experience overall very good ..a memory not to forgot. We would recommend any famly wish plan to choose star hotel.. we recommend.

Keep up present service staff they doing wonderful job there are ambassador of Astoria hotel.

Excellent stay in quarantine for 10 days with my kids. Recommended

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were amazing, above our expectations. The staff was very helpful.

Sometimes the internet connectivity but the reaction from the IT was always very quick.

To be more pro active even if the guest doesnt need it (i.e water replenishment, bathroom rolls, tissue paper etc) but i guess its because of pandemic they want to have minimal contact but nonetheless they should chk the guests needs not just asking abt their stay
