Ontbijt is lekker, maar de rest valt zwaar tegen

Het ontbijt was goed.

Wat zwaar tegen viel waren meerdere factoren; - personeel is niet heel vriendelijk. - geen water op de kamer, wordt verwezen naar de voorwaarden op booking, heel raar. Douchecabine heeft maar 1 deur, andere is er niet, kapot. na het douchen is de badkamer helemaal nat. Geen dekbed, maar slechts een laken. Mocht je de. Dekbek willen moet je zelf doen, ( verblijf was eind oktober, dus snachts was het koud)

Friendly service and good value for money

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the bus and train stations and about 10 mins from the bazaar and old bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included but when we said we had to leave before it started, we were offered a packed lunch which was incredible and kept us going for the whole day! The room was large and comfortable. Decoration is a bit dated but it was quiet and had everything we needed. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel where we had a good evening meal next to the river at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Hotel muy céntrico y a buen precio, con personal muy amable y un desayuno magnífico

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en la zona centro, a unos 10 minutos del famoso puente, "Stari Most". El personal del hotel es muy amable. El desayuno es completísimo y tiene de todo, merece la pena totalmente. Tiene una pequeña nevera en la que puedes dejar cosas que necesiten frío. Cuenta con una pequeña terraza que, en nuestro caso, daba al río y debajo tenía una zona de restauración del hotel al aire libre.

El plato de ducha de la habitación que nos dieron (una triple) no tiene la parte de la mampara que cierra (tan solo tiene dos cristales pequeños en la zona lateral, pero le falta la parte frontal corredera que tendría que tener), por lo que hay que tener cuidado para que no se salga el agua fuera, Los colchones están bien y se puede dormir sin problemas, pero eran un poco blandos, pero ya digo, no era excesivo y se podía dormir bien.

Good location, poor WiFi

The hotel was clean and the location was nice! Easy walk to Stari Most area and other sights. Sniper tower and gymnasium are right up the street. Hotel staff was friendly and the cafe inside was great!

The WiFi here was terrible. There were so many networks with different variations of the names which were different from the list they provided. Also, none of the networks reached my room, only my doorway. And just a quirk, the shower was elevated very high, so just be careful getting in and out.
