Residence nel cuore del Lago di Garda

Al residence sembrava di essere da soli, poche persone e tanto spazio. Zona benessere bellissima come il panorama.

War eine Erfahrung die man nicht nochmal benötigt

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Sauberkeit war nicht gut, zu Beginn musste erstmal durchgewischt werden. Ausstattung fehlte so einiges wie ein Sonnenschutz usw. Das gebuchte Studie mit der Terrasse haben wir nicht erhalten, somit konnten wir mit Hund das Zimmer nicht richtig nutzten durch den Treppen Aufgang. Personal war äusserst unfreundlich und bei Beschwerden nicht dementsprechend reagiert sondern dem Kunden gegenüber sehr unfreundlich und schimpfend gegenüber getreten. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Im Grunde hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Residence, allerdings sind uns ein paar kleine Mängel aufgefallen, d

Die Unterkunft hatte eine tolle Lage 20min oberhalb von Limone. Das Zimmer mit Terrasse war ausreichend groß und das Personal wirklich super freundlich!

Leider fanden wir die Ausstattung der Küche sehr dürftig. Es gab weder einen Lappen zum Abwasch, kein Spühlmittel und Basics wie Salz/Pfeffer und Olivenöl haben auch gefehlt. Wir hatten am ersten Abend sehr viele Baumwanzen (ungefährlich) im Zimmer, weil diese im Oktober einen warmen Unterschlupf für den Winter suchen. Diese haben wir eigenständig entfernt. Das war im ersten Moment nicht so toll, aber im Nachhinein nicht wirklich dramatisch. Leider hatten wir aufgrund dessen, fast nur am frühe Morgen mal kurz das Fenster zum Lüften auf. Was auch ein bisschen gestört hat, war der Geruch der Lüftung im Bad und das diese nicht so gut funktioniert hat.

Ein tolles Ambiente! Sehr gute Preis/Leistung! Hunde sind hier Willkommen❤️!

Wer etwas abseits vom Tourismus schlafen möchte ist hier genau richtig. In den Bergen gelegen ist dies eine absolut gute Wahl und zum Gardasee ist es nicht all zu weit. Die Zimmer sind super. Pool, Sauna und Fitnessstudio ist vorhanden und alles neuwertig. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr gut und ich habe mich absolut wohl gefühlt. Euer Vierbeiner🐕 ist hier willkommen!!! Jederzeit wieder ☺️!

Für die Kaffeeautomaten im Zimmer bitte die Kapseln an der Rezeption kaufen! Diese sind Gastronomie-Automaten und brauchen gesonderte Kapseln😉! NICHT IM MARKT KAUFEN DA DIESE NICHT FUNKTIONIEREN! Nach dem ich die richtigen Kapseln an der Rezeption erhalten habe hat der Kaffee dann wirklich gut geschmeckt 😇!

Very good

The pool area was really nice. A big spacious pool with many chairs a side. Great with kids. The restaurant made really lovely food, especially the pasta dishes. The internet didn’t work in our room but in the pool area it was okay but I noticed this is in many places in Italy. Bring your own towels and bed linen or it cost ekstra. 10 € or person. A lovely located hotel. A little supermarket next door with all you need, in a small town with a few restaurants. It takes about 15-20 min drive to the lake. You can also play tennis, they have many courts.

Lovely location and great facilities

We loved the location of the property. The views were amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The facilities were brilliant and the breakfast was very nice.

Location is very far from the lake, roads are terrible, nowhere to go close by If you need something or want to have a drink od eat (and not in the hotel) you have to drive 30-40min to the Limone or Riva del Garda...if you want beach, and lake also 40-60min drive from hotel.

Large nicely decorated apartment, nice view, nice pool. There’s a gym which is a bonus.

To get to town it takes 20min by car to get only down the hill. So it’s suitable for those who wants to spend mostly in the hotel because the commute is very tiring and long. Ladder in the “kids room “ to climb the bed is dangerous it fell on my head leaving a huge bump, it should be checked and screwed to the bed so it wouldn’t fall on children.

Well positioned, short walk to restaurant and a grocery shop.

Not friendly staff, pool was closed, apartment needs updating, sheets we had to pay for, quite expensive room. Also you need to pay for heating. Duvets supplied were like handkerchiefs so don't depend on them. As for the service..Its a No..No You need to do your research before you book

Nice localization , beautiful swimming pool

We paid extra for towels (18€) what wasn’t mention during check in. We got an appartment instead to our room but Couldn’t use the kitchen because they will charge us extra 20€ Communication in English was difficult with the reception.
