Staff was very polite and kind. The breakfast was very complete.

The bed was a little too hard and they need to remove the window on top of the entrance door because you can hear too much of the hallway noise from other guests. Also, the bathroom faucet was leaking water everytime you used it.

Great for short stays

Brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff and very nice pool. Great value for money.

The rooms weren't great, a bit small and the walls were paper thin, which meant we couldn't really get a proper rest as you could hear everything around.

Look for better places for the same price

- Location close to wharf where you can take boats to Playa Blanca - Staff service was good - Fair Wi-Fi connection

- Rooms are not as shown in the pictures. They are old and not comfortable for a group of people. - Beds are not comfortable. - Old air conditioner that didn't work properly, barely cooling the room and definitely not enough for 4 people. - Cleanness needs to be improved; sheets, towels and walls had stains.

Very kind staff, good location in Rodadero.

no elevator, no hot water in the shower, we woke up many times during the night because of wind noises from the non-sealed window!!

spacious room

horrible breakfast. very small plate per person, cheapest and lowest quality ever tasted, especially the sausages in the eggs. we got a bad stomache and diarreah right away. the fridge in the room smelled bad, the TV did not work well. no elevator, had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. we told our complains to two different receptionists, they did not seem to care. they noted it in the computer but that didnt help us. We requested a recompensation for the breakfast, they did not even care. they even charched us extra money to leave the luggage for the day. very rude and not the right way to handle problems.

Very good

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very close to Rodadero beach, but still far away from the noise.

The food quality could have been higher. The Internet connection wasn't good. The sheets were a little bit stiff.

Nice stay

What I liked was the attention received from staff. We were locked out and they helped us get in the room. Facilities were well taken care of. Internet connection is reliable and I appreciate the mini fridge. They really take health and safety seriously

I would have liked water in the summing pool to be warm. Breakfast is good but a bit of more variety would be welcomed
