Not worth for 3500 rupee small rooms and bad smell due to drain near by

Drain is next to hotel, rooms are small not a value for money

They asked for advance payment despite booking.com gave me confirmation

Disappointed by Ginger at Pondicherry

Location is ok.on the way,road

Poor room condition offered initially then Escalated to Manager then changed to little better room. This location Not meeting Ginger standered. I will NOT recommend it.

A cheerful place to stay in Pondicherry

Although the structure is quite old, it has been well preserved. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and the food is of high quality. Staff behavior is appreciated in both the reception area and the restaurant. Additionally, there is considerable parking space available for the guests.

The rooms are a little small for a family with kids to spend the night.

Breakfast was good. Even lunch we ordered was good. Location is good with ample parking space.

Facilities in room. It was just a split AC.. set top box had to be replaced.. but may be we just walked in and checked in. So they have not planned for it. But cost>facility. Another vehicle brushed mine while taking reverse. So watchout while parking.

There room had multiple issues like AC did not work properly and also the power had gone out for a good 15-20 mins which is for a hotter place not good
