A piece of paradise.

Spectacular view, beautiful apartment, gorgeous pool and breakfast was simply stunning. Couldn’t ask for more. Looked after brilliantly by Maria and team. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing breakfasts and lovely sunsets in a very clean place

Amazing staff, breakfast was an unbelievable experience! The attention to details and the delicious food, all on the patio next to a garden where they pick fresh vegetables. The place was very clean, close to the beach and a few tavernas and minimarkets. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Picture perfect location, exceptional and warm staff, most beautiful beach, cozy surroundings

Hands down THE most spectacularly wonderful place to stay in Kefalonia! Breakfasts were from another planet! Hostesses and staff friendliest and most courteous in ALL of Greece.

Absolutely perfect accommodation by the beach with stunning views and delicious breakfast

Absolutely beautiful two bedroom suite with incredible view from the balcony over the sea and beach. The pool was stunning and chilled for before or after time at the beach; it was just a short walk down steps to the main sandy beach and Costa beach club. The hostess was so kind and helpful, staying up late for us and even driving with us late at night to find us somewhere in Lassi to get a bite to eat after our journey. Breakfast were large and delicious with lots of homemade goodies. Beds were comfy and towels, toiletries and beach towels provided. We wished we could have stayed longer as it was the perfect, stylish retreat in Lassi.

Nothing we didn’t like. Small suggestion could be perhaps to give guests the option each evening to choose ahead what breakfast items they would like eg: telling us the sweet cake option, savoury option, eggs etc. Only because we felt bad we could t always eat everything that was brought to us and it may save wasting any of your lovely cooking!

Exceptional! Highly, highly recommend!

Exceptional in every way! The apartment and grounds were absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable; and our apartment had a stunning view of Makris Gialos beach. Maria and her staff were very welcoming and attentive; nothing was too much trouble! As for the breakfast…wow! The home cooked breakfast which was served on our balcony was absolutely delicious and was by far the best food we had on our trip! Everything from the table settings and fresh flowers was perfect. I highly recommend Avra Private Suites, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Maria and staff for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional

A beautiful stay, perfect end to our Honeymoon. I have so much good to say about Avra Suites. The staff were unbelievable, so kind and friendly, they really made us feel so welcome. The suite was beautifully clean and the bed SO comfy! We wanted to live there. The pool area was spotless and sun loungers the comfiest. And of course the breakfast was like nothing we have experienced! So special. Overall the attention to detail was faultless, and we really hope to return one day.

Fabulous people and accommodation-feel relaxed and well looked after.

Beautiful view from the terrace 180 degree view over Lassi Bay. Fantastic home cooked breakfasts every day. Proximity to the local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Just down the steps to the beach. Easy taxi ride to Argostoli

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the end of our holiday .The breakfasts were great, the pool was a godsend in the heat. Lovely beach below. The owner was very accommodating. Water and wine in the fridge on arrival!

A relaxing mini paradise

Everything about Avra suites was exceptional. Maria was a gracious host, breakfasts cooked by Mariella were delicious and beautifully presented. The garden was beautiful with lemons and jasmine filling the air. Finally the view across the sea was breathtaking

Amazing location

The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Kefalonia and the location is breathtaking. The hosts are so nice and accommodating too. Really a 10 on 10 stay.

An extra ordinary experience

This amazing typical Greek house is located closed to a crystal blue water beach, with excellent beach restaurants and facilities , 5 min from Argostoli downtown & port but feeling like we were alone

The perfect place to stay in Kefalonia

Avra Suites was perfect in every way, one of our best stays! We loved our apartment which was really big and comfortable. Position: very quiet but perfectly positioned, right above Makris Yalos, you just have to walk a few minutes to arrive to the sandy beach, which is one of the best in the island (10 euros per day for sunbeds and umbrella, a very nice beach bar and toilets available). 10 minutes by car from the airport and from Argostoli, where you can find a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. Some restaurants and mini markets also walking distance. 1 hour maximum by car from all interesting points of the island (Fiskardo, Assos, Xi Beach, Melissani Cave just to mention some of what we have seen). Cleanliness: from the apartment to the garden and pool, everything was super clean and neat. Breakfast: served on the terrace with a lovely view on the sea, the homemade breakfast was amazing and always delicious and very varied, with both sweet and savory dishes. We could choose the timing of the breakfast which was really good. Pool: great swimming pool with sunbeds and external shower, a very nice alternative to the beach. Parking: practical parking spaces near the struture, free for guests. Services: great toiletries, very useful basket with towels for the beach, very accessorized kitchen, television, AC in all rooms, clothes rack on the terrace to hung wet towels and clothes. Staff: the best part of Avra Suites, Maria and her staff are simply lovely. Always kind and friendly, Maria also gave us many suggestions for restaurants in the area and even helped us to book our covid test for our return home. Thank you very much for an amazing stay!

Perfect villa for beach holidays

Totally 5 stars! Just off this lively villa, where Maria and team took great care of us. Location is just above the beach with easy stair access. We stayed at top floor, which was amazing -3 bedrooms, fantastic view from balcony and mind-blowing breakfasts. Free ample parking. They also provide beach towels and beach bag, which is a nice touch. ))

Great apartment in a wonderful location

Fabulous property with the most wonderful views of the sea. A very short walk down to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (white sand, turquoise sea). And in the evening, plenty of restaurants a short walk into Lassi. They are also in the midst of building a pool, which will be lovely. We had the two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children - air con worked well, beds comfy and water pressure great
