The location. The facilities.

The smell in the building was nasty. The toiletries were very few. We had to ask for more.

We had amazing time there and there were no major problems.

It was standard, no major problems, location was amazing, there was railway nearby but we got used to it quickly.

The hotel person did not speak English at all, so communication was a little problematic, but it was still a good service.

it is right in front of the train station, it’s too noisy even with closed windows.

We enjoyed the top floor apartment which was clean and comfortable and near the beach road.

We had the top floor apartment which was of a good size and was clean and comfortable. Katya as the reception was very helpful and easy to communicate with over Whatsapp

Superb

Very nice place even for longer stays. Nice kitchen, big sleeping room, big bathroom. Close to the beach, shops near by, everything was clean.

The only thing is that there was no spices in the kitchen, even salt, but in general there was enough cutlery.

The worst vacation I have ever had, Rimini itself is a nice city

It is very close to railway, it was so loud that one could not hear TV set when trains were passing. I did not sleep through not even one single night. I cannot recommend this place at all.

Superb

Nice flat, good location and price. Near the railway, but that did not bother us at all. Very friendly receptionist, upgraded our flat for a bigger one, so we could store our bikes with ease. Also could park a car in front of the house (for free), though it was not promised.

nice apartment near a wonderful beach in Rimini city

1) welcoming host 2) clean and confortable apartment 3) good wifi 4) reasonable walking distance both to the bus station from/to Rimini (Metromare) but also to the beach 5) wonderful beach!

there are practically no walking paths in the area (from the hotel to the beach and to the bus station) - yes, they do exist, of course, however they are occupied by parked cars which are everywhere. this was very annoying.

Disappointing

The receptionist was really nice and helpful to the best of her ability, but she only spoke Italian which made it very difficult to communicate. It was also just 2 minutes from the beach, albeit a paid beach. The free part of the beach was a 20-25 minute walk

The apartment was very small for four people, when the sleeping couch was pulled out there was basically no way to move. Also it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in, there were metal bars that you could feel when lying down und it was squeaky. Airconditioning did not work at all, only for a few seconds at a time at 25 degrees. Also the apartment is right next to the train tracks and the trains are very loud, even throughout the night. If you have a light sleep this won’t be for you. Kitchen equipment was very sparse

10/10 would come back again

The residence is clean, it's just 5 minutes away from the beach. The staff were so kind and and caring. It's near the railway but we didn't even hear the trains passing, it's so quiet at night. Our daughter had a great time. It's perfect for a family vacation.

Our short vacation was over.

Exceptional

The flat is really very clean and in good state. It was possible to cook there according to our expectation. Which, to be honest, was a bit of a surprise for us given the very low price compared to other places from the city. Staff was very available and helpful.

The view on the railway, no noise problem as the windows are quite good, but there are more romantic panoramas.

Clean, and confortable!

The apartman it very clean, in the kichen we find everything, what we need it for Cook! The bathroom clean, and the bedroom also! Cristina is very kind! Thank you for everything!
