standard quality stay

comfortable room. great food. bathroom with tub and hot water supply. rich mini bar. iron box provided in room. overall wonderful experience.

car given to valet parking was scratched and nothing was done about it.

Staff. Behaviour was very bad. Complete Mismanagement, i reached this hotel at 4:00pm and still the room was not ready.. I was able to see a long queue (including international passengers) waiting for checkin. I didnt recieved the invoice once i checked out. I kept on calling them to mail me the invoice, but they havent done this till now. Such an unproffessional behaviour... I doubt how come it still 4 star rated hotel

Please check ur room before u check in.. and make sure its not below the restaurant and Kitchen.

The property was good.. But they wer v reluctant wit the checkout policies.. I got a room jus below the restaurant and it was so noisy all the time wit moving furniture and falling utensils. V had a v disturbed sleep... as we wer travelling and tired we did not ask fr a room change.. The bathroom pipelines wer flowing out and i had to get it repaired and cleant. The breakfast was good.. but i was so upset the way they spoke regarding providing an extra hour during checkout.

They gave us room just below the kitchen area. And every night after the dinning was closed, the staff would bang chairs, utensils etc. Sleeping through the night was pain here. Will definitely not recommend this hotel.

Staff no response, calling in reception number so many times but no response ,room service number but no response .

could have been better

Good facility, but management unable to control the excessice sounds from youths booking their muaic room and playkng dejma all times of ay and night

Staff were excellent. Nanu at the front desk was excellent polite and very helpful.

Wifi and internet was poor. Could not get a connection. Apparently, the hotel uses mobile broadband to supply internet to all the rooms. They don't use a dedicated landline for the internet. There is a ramp for wheelchair users but the access was blocked by parked cars. In room 706 the flush and drainage did not work. They did come and fix it finally.

rooms were okay but facilities and services very poor

Location is easily accessible and is in main road. Breakfast was good.

There is no parking facility for the guest car. We had to park the car in a streed outside the hotel property. The TV was not working in both the rooms and we pointed it out at the time of check in. But it was not rectified until we checked out.

AC is worst because of some default settings the maintenance guys could not do anything about it. It was a sweaty night.

overall, it was a good stay ...helpful staff and clean hotel....

the internet connection was had to be reconnected with reception help a number of times....a solution could be thought by th management to smoothen or giving undisturbed the internet connections to guests as this is very important for many.
