Séjour agréable dans un cadre historique à proximité de châteaux à visiter.

Un rafraichissement de la chambre et de la salle de bain sont nécessaires. absence de coffre fort et de TV le prix de la chambre réservée 8 jours à l'avance, sur booking.com, au prix d'environ 200 € qui passe le dernier jour de notre séjour, sur le même site booking.com, à 101 €.

Внешний вид замка, ухоженная территория, расположение - близко от Шононсо и Амбуаза. Персонал умеет грамотно общаться с клиентом. Поскольку делал бронирование с очень большой скидкой, то цена, по сути, соответствует качеству.

При заселении вместо номера 40 квадратных метров с прямым выходом к бассейну и видом из окна. Нам предоставили душный номер 20 квадратных метров с крошечным окном в крыше. Когда я предъявил бронь, девушка сказала, что сейчас холодно, поэтому хотели нам дать другой номер потеплее…. Только это сделали, ничего не сказав нам заранее, и вместо апгрейда, как это обычно делают в таких ситуациях, понизили категорию номера. Однако я настоял на том, чтобы нам предоставили забронированный номер. Девушка согласилась и привела нас к бассейну в большой номер, но не такой как на картинке в броне, но мы уже были рады и этому. Если бы не вся эта история я бы не писал про номер, но сейчас опишу некоторые моменты: в огромном санузле душевая не была отделена стеклом, то есть иногда это удобно душ можно принимать, сидя на унитазе, но зачем такой ультрамодный дизайн в просторном номере, также в ванной был запах, напоминающий запах туалетов в многолюдных ресторанах, в номере помимо большой кровати стояла отдельная маленькая ободранная кровать, внешний вид ее хорошо бы гармонировал с человеком, который остался жить на улице. Мы уехали ужинать, а по возвращению выяснилось, что в номере нет ни мыла, ни геля, ни шампуня. Правда, когда я с 7 раза дозвонился до ресепшен, очень милая девушка принесла нам мыло и шампунь, гель сказала, что не нашла, но мы были рады и этому. Номер по большому счету чистый, но нуждается в генеральной уборке, в каких-то местах пыль пролежала несколько месяцев. Одним словом, это трехзвездочный отель, маскирующийся под замок.

La gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner, le cadre, la piscine chauffé. La baignoire ronde dans la suite. L'originalité de la chambre troglodyte.

Le déshumidificateur dans la chambre qui faisait un bruit infernal. Il était néanmoins obligatoire pour éviter trop d'humidité dans la chambre troglodyte.

Nettes Chateau - aber Augen auf bei der Auswahl des Zimmers!

Zimmer waren lieblos eingerichtet und hätten sauberer sein müssen. Der muffige Kellergeruch war störend und unerträglich. Das Frühstück war mit 18€ recht hochpreisig. Mit Erstaunen mussten wir feststellen, dass der während der Frühstückszeit georderte Cappucino mit 6€ extra berechnet wurde. Zumindest hätte darauf hingewiesen werden müssen.

Personnel peu compétent Restauration bonne mais je ne qualifierais pas de gastronomique . Moisissures présentes, ainsi que dans la salle de restauration. Inondation de notre salle de bain suite relatives aux fuites du plafond Chambres et décoration vétustes.

An experience in itself - will be back!

We were impressed from the moment we drove through the gates and entered the premises. History, charm and a distinct Chateau-feel charracterised the common parts. A lovely bedroom complemented by a spacious bathroom shortly described the Superior room we stayed in. People in search of a standardised hotel night should probably look elsewhere; people in search of an experience true to the region of Chateaux will rejoice.

nothing - can't wait to try out the outdoor swimming pool and the on-site restaurant when we come back (which we definitely will)

Heavy awkward doors - not easy with dogs, didn’t feel welcoming, didn’t feel well looked after, no bar or room snacks, difficult to get a drink at the bar, no kettle in our rooms, very expensive food.

What a charming little chateau to stay in! The red carpet, the mosaic in the bathroom, the fan in case it was warm, the extra pillows, it was all wonderful!

Relaxevous en the Lovely Loire

Special Thankyou to Matthieu for his patience assisting us with our poor French and advice on local trains etc. Lovely weekend stay in the Loire countryside at this classically stylish and comfortable Chateau .Enjoyed a very nice dinner at the Chateau restaurant .Property surrounds and garden aesthetically pleasing .close to cycle paths to nearby towns .

At this hotel standard we would normally expect simple in room tea and coffee making facilities . Could be a problem during a heatwave with no aircon .No room TV but sufficient wifi for Laptop or Ipad streaming .Very quiet local town with only a boulangerie within walking distance , sadly no cafe and one unappealing restaurant which seemed closed. Head to Montrichard for plenty of foodie /cafe/bar options

We requested a flat with 2 rooms for 3 adults. We got a bed for the third adult that was too short for any average size person. We felt short-changed as the price paid was too high for the accomodation. Staff is poorly trained and rooms need freshening up.

Good Dinner on first night but poor communication over Dinner on second night.

The location was perfect as was Breakfast & Dinner on the first night.

We had booked Dinner on both nights of our stay and had an email confirming this. However, on Tuesday we were told the restaurant was closed and they could not provide anything for us. This was annoying and embarrassing as we had invited friends to join us that evening. There is also nothing on the website about the restaurant being closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Beautiful castle, great rooms, but poor food.

The castle is beautiful, like in a fairytale. The views are amazing. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable. Great swimming pool. Very comfortable parking for free.

1. There is no shower, only the bathtub. Any attempt to take a shower ends with lots of water on the floor. Some screen or a curtain are very desirable. 2. The dinner in the restaurant was ok, but extremely overpriced for what you get. The food is defrosted or comes from cans. And the stuff is extremely unprofessional. You pay more than 200€ for your dinner, but nobody bothers to give you the wine to taste or to fill your glass. Selfservice. The wine list is very poor. 3. The breakfast was horrible. Everything is cold and in very little amounts. Scrambled eggs are not eatable, neither bread. Coffee disgusting. We left without hardly touching the food. The waiters are extremely slow and not helpful.
