Excellent hotel in village centre.

Great facilities (great playroom; bike hire options). Clean. Good sized room with very usable outside balcony space for a hotel. Nice breakfast and staff.

We stayed as a family in two rooms. It would have been nice to have an option of interconnecting rooms. The location is great for village centre amenities, it’s 5 mins walk from the lake but isn’t lake side (if that’s what you’re looking for)

A top notch hotel experience

Amazing view from the window with mountain peaks in the background. Overall clean and cosy rooms. The location is also great with many hiking trails available nearby and if you're traveling by car there is also no shortage of parking spots. Breakfast and dinner were exceptionally tasty.

SPA is a bit underwhelming. Everything else was great.

Awesome hotel with marvellous views on High Tatras

The location of the hotel is awesome! 7 min from the lake, 5 min from the market. The views from the windows are astonishingly breathtaking! The hotel number was awesome - very clean, spacey and cosy! Breakfasts and dinners were tasty. We enjoyed our stay so much!

We lacked a kettle in the room number - that's the only shortcoming of the room I could think of :) The staff in the restaurant was not very pleasant and not welcoming at all - they spoiled our impression on the first day of our stay in the hotel. Later, we waited for our tea for more than an hour. Other than that - the hotel is really awesome and I would definitely come here again!

Superb

Comparing with other hotels Hotel Panorama Resort has huge rooms. We had a standard room and the baby cart easily fitted, not disturbing at all. There was enough space for our baby for playing in the room, not mentioning the well-equiped room for children. Hotel staff was kind and helpfull. Breakfast was various, food was always refilled on time.

Great experience, excellent hotel and fantastic location.

The location is fantastic!! It is also near to everything, the train station is 3 minutes away, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes right on the door step. And only 20 minutes walk from skiing facilities, to where the hotel free bus service is also provided. Breakfast was excellent, room huge and comfy. Service quick and efficient. We also have got a great packed breakfast as we were leaving very early.

Bed mattress was a bit hard. TV channels need to be adjusted before you can watch anything, could be nice to have it fixed permanently. Also would make sence to provide sleepers to use in the room as it is 4 star skiing resort. The buffet dinner was ok price for an adult, but for my child who does not eat much was very pricy.. Maybe different child's price could apply for that?

Great place to visit

The location of the hotel was perfect. The rooms were spacious and very warm.

Bar closed at 9pm. It would have been nice to stay up a little longer as we only booked one night. Also more bedding should be available in the room, we could have done with an extra few pillows.

Splendid hotel with very good services.

The size and location of room, quiet and big room and bathroom, perfect breakfast, big parking place.

We were absolutely satisfied, no comments.

Good

The location was perfect! Everything was at walking distance. Also the sauna was nice after a hiking trip.

People were not so friendly, except for the breakfast staff they were nice.

Iconic High Tatra's hotel after recent renovation - pretty satisfying

Location, breakfast, daily reffiled minibar free of charge, wellness included in price (basic but all you need), recent renovation, helpful staf

The receptionist was fantastic, allowed us to have a better room for a celebration! Also very grateful for them retrieving some important items I left in the room!
