La excelente atención de los recepcionistas, muy amables y atentos a atender oportunamente nuestras inquietudes.

Para mejorar diría que observé algunas manchas en los tendidos y fundas. Esa sería mi única observación

Facilities in general specially the rooms need more maintenance

The location is great, the staff is very friendly.

Quiet room and noce location

Spacious, with extra furniture, terrace

The tiny safe box was locked not key available The terrace slice door lock was totally broken. I don't know but I like to feel safe in Bogota or everywhere if my valuables, documents or money are traveling with me.

Exceptional

Great safe location, easy access, 24/7 reception, very very healthful staffs, clean, big room like an apartment! We arrived in the early morning, but they gave us coffee and access to wifi while we wait and let us in to the room after 10 minutes! Thank you!

This hotel used to be good, but now it has many things to improve

Both receptionists were very helpful

The facilities are too old, the lady who was in changed of cleaning and breakfast was too rude. There was no complimentary water in the room.

Disappointing

Good location, big room and looked nice

There is no heating, the fire place doesn't work and the temperature at night is below 10 degrees. The shower is warm at best, no real hot water. The mattress is extremely hard. The safe box in my room didn't work, and there's a sign in reception stating they are not responsible for any theft in the rooms. So didn't feel safe keeping any valuables as cleaners come in every day. Breakfast was just eggs and toast, no other sides. For this price I expected more.

Disappointing

Great location, spacious rooms

Internet was down for 3 days, really unacceptable. Had to cut out a day early because I couldn’t work. Really hard beds. Also, was on the 2nd floor and was very loud from the lobby, super thin walls. Really not a great experience :(

Very spacious, friendly and helpful staff. Near Zona T and a very quiet neighbourhood. Lovely appartment, very specious!

There was no central heater in the room. With the weather in Bogota it can get a bit cold.
