Goede faciliteiten voor kort verblijf, service personeel slecht

Kamers goed ingericht en schoon. Wel klein van formaat. Te klein voor meerdere nachten.

Personeel ongeïnteresseerd en super onaardig. Lange wachttijden aan balie en terras(je).

Estancia agradable y cómoda

El desayuno está bien, soy intolerante a lactosa y se preocuparon de informarme lo que podía o no. El ascensor estaba muy bien. Las habitaciones aunque no son muy amplias cumple con las expectativas.

No es que no me gustara, simplemente eché en falta la fruta fresca en el desayuno, aunque en invierno no haya, en época ya cercana al verano se agradecería tener fruta fresca, ya que somos muchas las personas que aunque sean naturales no podemos beber zumos ya que el índice glucémico con los zumos aumenta mucho, pero la fruta fresca sienta bien a todo el mundo

El bar tiene que mejorar.

La habitación era bastante cómoda y grande aun que le faltaban algún tipo de detalle de obra pero genial todo la verdad que me pareció súper cómoda

El desayuno del bar. De primeras que tardase más de media hora para poner DOS TOSTADA Y DOS ZUMOS 🤷🏼‍♀️ que encima me la sirvieron FRÍA! Y QUE TE COBREN 10 EUROS? PARA UNA TOSTADA TAN MALA! La camarera también nos podría haber ofrecido el desayuno bufet que había, según ella si no lo has contratado no podrías coger después. Por esta parte realmente el bar no me gustó.

The facilities and the staff were terrific!

The beach was fine, but the whole town was strewn with trash and cigarette butts. It's like the inhabitants are blind to it. That's why I would not recommend anyone coming to spend their vacation dollars here.

Perfect cleaness and superb staff: they were really kind and polite.

The bedroom was a bit smelly but this smell came from the pipes, nothing to do with the cleaness.

i really liked the place being very affordable for 2 people and being also very modern and clean, the best thing i always struggle is beds, But these very extremely comfortable new beds, that is most important for me. Thank you for the provided comfort and care, clean towels every day and made beds. whenever i am coming to Sagunto i will be returning. the little coffee shop bar was excellent with tasty coffee.

Best Hotel ever

The room was modern and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, it was the best sleep I had on my holiday trip.

The hotel staff give us the wrong WiFi password which was not a big deal for us.

The room was nice and clean. Locaties was also nice.

Airconditioning didnt work properly. It was way too hot in the room, when we tried to look for help there was no one and nobody was reachable. Poor staff

Outstanding budget base for beach

Recently refurbished rooms, good size for the price range, excellent bathroom/shower. Good food and full bar available at attractive prices. Streetside terrace. Street parking available: some totally free, more within 100m at 1.10 per 2 hours (free 2000-0900). A few other bar/restaurants nearby (although some closed Mondays!). Staff made every effort to be helpful, although the fact that most spoke no English (not their fault, this is Spain!) and our Spanish is limited, meant that some information was lost in translation (e.g. separate menus for restaurant/cafeteria). We will definitely return.

The room was clean & comfortable

This is an automated checking in system. The cafe attached to hotel is at front but separate. We are touring whole of east coastline & need to secure our bikes. At first the cafe staff suggested we leave them on street (we have a bike lock) they are expensive expedition bikes, we did not want yo compromise so we stood our ground & they eventually allowed us to keep them in hallway of hotel premises, we put our bike lock on.

Very modern accommodation

Very clean, very modern, rooms are brand new. We liked the cafe. Comfortable bed, good WiFi.

No reception staff, just on check in. We didn’t know where to leave the key on check out. Did not like the blinds on the window, hard to open and close.
