Easy to ski/Snowboard

After we arrived at the train station, the suggestion to get to the condo is calling a number that shows in the booking and someone will pick you up. So I called and of course Marcos is the one who picked us up. He dropped us by the convenient store for buy some foods, snacks before get to the condo. The condo is not that new but you will have everything that you need. Dry room for snowboard/ski equipments. You can cook in your room, the kitchen has everything. A living room is so comfy. If you want to buy a fresh food, you can make an appointment one day before, Marcos will give you a ride to the supermarket. You just open the window, you already see the slope, which is the point to stay here. The important thing is Marcos can speak very good english. He helps me a lot when I got accident while snowboarding. Without him must be more tough. Thank you never be enough. Excellent service ever !!!!

Goryu Ski In/Out

Location. Next to ski slope. I can wear my gear in peace, away from the crowd. Smoking is allowed in the deck area, that means I can take a smoke break every run. Awesome. Indoor heated drying area for gear is a great facility. I didn't mind that the rooms were not super luxurious. Given the price and my focus on snowboarding, it didn't bother me. At that price point, it's a great deal for me. The manager Marcos is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely return for future Hakuba trips.

Exceptional

Marcos was an exceptional guest who kindly drove us to the supermarket and to happo-one as the bus was not working at that time of the year. The hotel is perfectly located so you can ski-in/ski-out easily as it is on Hakuba Goryu (just need to ski down to the lift or the gondola) I would definitely recommend this place

It was the perfect location for us to enjoy winter sports as a family!

Definitively the location. It is a true ski-in ski-out. Perfect even for beginners or young kids as the slope in front of the hotel is a green one. My 5 year-old daughter could also ski-in ski-out. The hotel manager is also great. Very helpful and kind. He drove us from the bus stop to the hotel, with a stop to a convenience store for us to get a few supplies before reaching the hotel. And he drove us to the bus stop as well for our trip back. He was very arranging, and understanding. We had a nice stay with our 3 kids (10/7/5).

No surprises, but the room is a bit old. Except for the fridge and microwave, the installations and furniture are aging. This was not an issue for us, largely compensated by the outstanding location and ski resort, and great view on the slopes.

Marcos was the most accommodating host we could have asked for. Going out of his way to drive our group of 8 all over hakuba to the shops, to the onsen and out to dinner every day Marcos made us feel incredibly welcome and at home, he would always make an effort to be friendly and crack some banter with the fellas. Marcos 10/10 host. 10/10 location.

Exceptional Sercice, better than expected location

The property is in such a great location. It’s just right up the hill from the bus stop so not far at all. You can literally walk out to the Gondola from the hotel. The place may seem a little out dated but for the service and location it’s a small sacrifice. Marcos, the manager of the hotel, was beyond exceptional. Whoever owns this location definitely got lucky when he found Marcos and his family. Marcos drove us anywhere we needed and helped us understand the location. His son was the same age as our twin boys and they got along great. His family was beyond sweet and helpful. I can say that we will definitely recommend this place and be back again and you can thank Marcos and his family for that.

Amazing Condo Hotel in ski area

Amazing. Trully Ski in ski out Condo hotel. Very clean, with complete kitchen equipment, big room, excellent service. Will come back again next year.

Very convenient hotel for ski-board riders! You can cross the exit door of hotel, put on your equip, and glide to Goryu lift straight from the hotel. Room was very warm, and there were all the necessary for comfortable living! we decided to visit this place on summer vocations too. Thank you Marcoz for the best winter vocations))

Would definitely go back to stay - Thank you Marcos!

Marcos the host was super easy to communicate with, and managed to get in touch with him before even reaching the hotel. He helped to arrange pick up and property keys upon arrival, fuss free and no problems at all!! He was super helpful in booking ski lift passes, arranging for transport for dinner etc. Have absolutely no complaints and definitely great value for money! One of the best places in Hakuba to stay at for snowboard/skiing.

Superb

Very helpful staff, perfect location right next to the ski slopes! In winter, you may need a four wheel drive vehicle to reach the parking lot, because the road there is steep and not fully plowed. We were able to park near the ski resort instead, and hotel staff was very helpful with our bags, but highly recommend bringing a more snow-capable vehicle.

MARCOS is Top Notch!

First of i would like to start with thanking Marcos the Property Host/Resident Manager of this Hotel Establishment. Before we arrived i contacted the hotel to get details on parking, lift tickets, and location to the base as we were traveling with a toddler. To our surprise he offered us early check-in and also order/picked up our life tickets for our group and had them ready for us upon our arrival! During our stay we had no issues at the property. Truly an amazing stay and a great Host to be running this Hotel. Highly recommend staying here based on the ease of ski-in/Ski-out access as, great accommodations, and a top notch Gentleman, Marcos!

Awesome stay, the MOST convenient ski in/ski out hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan.

Awesome location, can’t get any closer to the ski run. The hotel is literally touching the ski run at Goryu. Marcos was awesome too, very helpful with information and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The room and amenities are not that of a luxury resort, but for the price and location, this place would be very hard to beat. The room was extremely clean and the fact that it has a near-full kitchen was awesome too.

The location is amazing: ski in, ski out : you are right on the slope. Marcos was always here to help us find the parking, park, removing the 60cm of powder on our car, towing the car … incredible host! He seems to genuinely care.

Great location and wonderful staff!

Located right next to the Hakuba Goryu slopes, so you can literally ski in & out. The excellent service by hotel manager Marcos made our stay very comfortable. The room had everything we needed, incl. fully supplied kitchen.

The photos of the room that booking.com provided us were different than what we actually got. It made it seem like we would get a bigger place, and although we were totally fine with the room we got, it is a bit misleading. Would be good if they could update the photos of the rooms and add more descriptions about the facilities and amenities.

The ski in ski out ability of this property is amazing! The property is sitting right next to the best beginner slope at Goryu Ski Area serviced by a family friendly 4 person chair lift.

Great trip!

The ski in/ski out cannot be beat. It is true ski in/out. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. But, Marcos, the host, is the BEST and makes the trip amazing. He got our car unstuck from the snow, parked it for us, drove us to the store and moved our room when we encountered a small issue. He is the best host we've ever had.
