This is nice suburban location away from the hub of the city, but not too far out.

The unit is clean, cosy and comfortable with a balcony. It is located in a suburban part of town, so very quiet. It's about 15 minutes from the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nearby mall and Chinese Friendship Garden. About 10 minutes into the city via grab and around 10-15 minutes to the airport.

The shower door handle was broken hence the door could not be closed whilst showering and the bedroom air-conditioner did not oscillate.

Very good

The place situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Ample parking space. Friendly staff and one I still remember at the front desk is Mr Lokman. The room is bigger than expected. I enjoyed it during my stay. Will be back again on the next trip.

There is more space to improve, such as cleaning up the path, stairs, and corridor. The building needs to be repainting for new fresh looks. Keep up to maintain the plants' surrounding area for a better environment.

I specifically requested for non smoking unit but was given one with very bad cigarette smell and slight durian smell. Request for unit change but was told not available.
