We had a very good vacation with no issues and excellent weather. The manager Reggie was great.

The staff were very helpful and interacted with us whenever the opportunity was available. The location was excellent, right on the beach. Our room was steps away from the sand. It was in walking distance to many food options including a full service grocery store offering almost everything.

All was acceptable, a good deal for the money.

Excelente opción para unos días en la isla.

Reservamos una habitación de dos camas sencillas pero al hacer check-in, nos hicieron un upgrade a una suite super gigante con dos balcones, por el mismo precio. Excelente. Y la piscina con vista al mar no tenía precio. Muy buen desayuno.

El huracán de dos semanas antes hizo que el agua subiera mucho y casi no había arena. El zargazo también fue un tema, no sé si el hotel lo limpiaba a diario como en otras áreas que visitamos o si simplemente lo dejaron ahí. El programa de actividades que anuncian en redes tampoco estaba disponible, tal vez por ser temporada baja o a consecuencia del huracán/zargazo.

Excellent ubication. The staff couldn't be Nicer, really helpful with everything. The room was clean and equipped with everything You need. Definitely recommended.

A relaxing week right next to the beach

It’s right next to the beach but accessible for the whole Island. It was very quiet when we went late in June

Reading previous reviews we were concerned about possible road noise but it wasn’t a problem at all. Slightly tired furnishings but the location more than makes up for that

My stay was amazing!

The locations is very affordable and has easy access to a lot of popular places to visit

Not much option in the menu at the restaurant. I went to celebrate my son’s birthday and the restaurant didn’t have anything to write or say happy birthday. But the waiter was nice to write happy birthday with ketchup on his plate with his meal. It wasn’t a great but it wasn’t all bad. Maybe that is something they can add to their menu special occasion or add a special treat or something but overall I love everything about the hotel. Will stay there again when i visit

A well positioned holiday hotel to access Bridgetown, and water front activities with your own private beach to boot

Balcony overlooking the sea, gardens were well maintained. Private beach and activities Director, Reggie, worked hard to help us enjoy our stay. If you like the sound of the surf almost at your doorstep you would love this.place

The restaurant was recently opened and under new management. Menu was poor, waiters poorly trained and most requests could not be filled due to lack of supplies.

Fabulous beach, nice hotel, would love to go back

Very nice small hotel sharing the facilities and grounds with the Blue Orchid hotel. Very spacious room and bathroom with useful kitchenette including a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, etc and enough equipment to cook stuff if you wish; we didn't! There is enough storage and a safe, the bed was huge and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony with the most amazing view of the sea and beach, the ground floor rooms have a patio and less privacy. There is a lift. The staff are helpful and happy to book restaurants and taxi's if needed. The position was good, plenty of restaurants nearby and two supermarkets within a few minutes walk, it's also on a bus route. The crowning glory was the fabulous, clean sandy beach with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. It was mainly only used by residents so always quiet and not crowded. Be aware groceries are very expensive in Barbados but eating out reasonably priced in most restaurants. The locals use the Worthing Square food court for dining and takeaways, about 7 mins walk away with lots of choice from various van outlets. I'm not sure why Booking.com rated it an 8; I would give it at least a 9.

The hotel was great value for the on beach location and facilities offered. Obviously you can't expect 5 star facilities such as room service etc. The rooms were clean and cheerful but, especially the bathroom, quite dated. However it was spacious, with a good shower. There is a restaurant on site with a fairly limited menu but good for breakfast or lunch. It can be open in the evening but only if booked in advance, we didn't use it.

The beach was wonderful & so close to the hotel. It was so great to hear the surf from our room! The room seemed very clean, but the hotel needed updating. Comfortable bed.

My three nights were very relaxing, I had lots of space in my room and being next to the beach was a huge plus

Spacious studio room with balcony overlooking the beach was amazing!

The road on the other side of the room was very noisy, day and night. It was essential to keep the bathroom door shut to try to muffle some of the noise

Great location. Seemed a bit on the pricey side for what it was.

Oceanfront with nice deck overlooking the beach. Two pool options. Plenty of availability for lounge chairs and umbrellas when we were there for both beach and pools. Many options for food and drinks within easy walking distance.

Some cleanliness concerns with room. Window alcove in kitchen was very dirty. Window coverings in both bathrooms were in poor repair and pull broke as soon as I tried to open them, so could not be opened to let the room air out. Armchair in living area needs replacing. Bottom was falling right out of it.

would say it is alright but maybe wouldn’t return because of aforementioned comments

on the beach,cooking facilities,friendly staff also beach towels and sun beds free of charge.

it was further from the centre of town than we expected and taxis were quite pricey.Could do with decor update as it is very 90’s style.The restaurant /bar menu was very limited and the bar was not well equipped.

Great value for your money, excellent service, clean and inviting.

The breakfast was very good. It was served quickly by pleasant waiters. The breakfast area was covered and overlooked the sea which made for a relaxing experience. The menu allowed guests to choose from a simple breakfast to a full English breakfast.
