It was quiet and clean.

Réception was very badly organized, everyone had to check in at the same time, 4pm, and there was only 1 staff for a very large facility. We were also two people the room had a single bed with a trudle bed under it and a sofa bed. We were not warned of this.

Not recommended. You need a little luck to get in, we didn't have enough.

They have a big parking area, but only that was what we saw...

They didn't answer on the phone which they provided in the confirmation e-mail nor on any other channel. I could not get into the apartment, because nobody was there. Finally, I found a phone number at the gate and call them. They said my book was an error and nobody is there to let me in, but they promised to call me back soon to help me. They didn't call me back.... nor I received any refund. We meet with another family in the same situation and they were waiting for 2 hours, so we decided to look after another option with our 2 little kids.

Quiet outlook, balcony was private, clean and well presented. Overall the room size and facilities were perfect for one person.

Language mainstreaming english wasn't available my France they misunderstanf... no much hospitality

Hospitality at reception because first no english my direct words seen as might be angry though I was not..just try talk France..it wasn't we'll received or translated.. restaurant not open. Piscine first day closed. Later open. Just the language was trouble also no taxi proposal before I need to catch b train i got lift of a guest.

Don’t visit this place, specially not during warm periods. Don’t expect that the reception picks up your calls or respon

Actually, I was only looking for a good sleep, as I needed a place overnight on my travel from Norway, thru Germany, France with final destination in southern part og Spain. We arrived late, and had no chance to see any other sections of the area than the parking area (That is hard to find after dark), and the room itself.

First of all, I guess my expectations for a place like this might have been too high, I have travelled around (for work) for more than 15 years, stayed in many places, in Europe and all other continents. I expect that you get what you pay for (that is my experience after years travelling). I actually did expect sleeping facility that had descent matters (not worn out), I expected AC, and a clean room. Specially when price for one night stay is more than 200Euro. The response from the Reception was terrible. In the information it is stated that you should call if late arrival - I called repeatedly (7 calls) during the same day I was to arrive, I sendt 4 e-mails, I tried the chat function and did not get any sign of life until around 2100 in the evening, where we agreed to have them leave the keys in the room for us.

we were harassed by the permanent residents from the minute we arrived we were early for check in and sat by the pool waiting they would not leave us alone and hounded us for an hour - we found them extremely rude and unwelcoming after our long drive they kept harassing us even after we apologised for being early it was horrible

Worst place I have ever stayed, dirty, uncomfortable, unsafe, grumpy staff, not safe for children.

There was nothing to like about this place, should be removed from Booking.com.

The sex lube that we found in the kids bed from a previous resident, the broken appliances, no window curtains, busy noisy street with people looking right into the room, no a/c, grumpy staff, extremely high price, unclean room and facilities.

We had no sheets and towels. Had to ask for them and put them by ourselves. Then we had to put them in a special bag after usage by ourselves. Also had to clean by ouselves the kitchen and take out the garbage. Definitely not a 4star visit

Clean and simple no frills accommodation

Nice and clean big pool with jacuzzi. Peaceful and quiet as we went off season.

Pool opens late and closes early. Some apartments are well positioned for sun and shade, others very badly. Very short Reception hours. Can't walk to beach or town.

Looks better on paper than in real yet still quite good self catering apartment (ours was E209)

First let me clarify that we came to this place from much smaller and much newer Vacanceole in Saint-Cyprien just 20km away and that was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and it exceeded our expectations by far! Also it did set the expectations VERY HIGH. So take this review with a grain of salt. + a balcony, south oriented, where the only window in the room also opened + pans, cutlery, fridge, kettle, microwave and warm (not really hot) water did all work + Cap d'Ona and La Canya craft breweries close by as well as Route des Vins + supermarkets to supply you with everything you need + the WiFi was free of charge (at that time) + calm atmosphere as it was not overcrowded (it has to be hell on earth in mid summer)

. - check-in experience was terrible (you can't get behind the gate with the car without the code; then you can't get behind another gate on foot without code + nobody answered the door bell when there was another guest in the reception; although it was literally just few meters away) - the beds were dreadful and far from comfortable; actually two single beds meant that one, equipped with small wheels, was hidden below the other and very unstable, roughly 180cm long and the other slightly longer, also almost no space left in the bedroom after taking it out; the smelly sofa (IKEA Brökyerbacksson) was not an option, too. - €300 deposit blocked for over 2 weeks! Fortunately reverted in full after 15 days. - after checking-in you are asked to go inspect your room on what's wrong; that leaves strange feeling of attempting to charge you for something you did not break; especially taking the deposit above into account - the fans in the kitchen and restroom making noise all night long, no way to turn them off, yet the one in restroom inefficient due to missing control cable - half functional 2-zone electric hob - stupid extending table, lack of more proper chairs with just some small plastic (self-disassembling) stools instead - no roof or cover over balcony in the second floor; we decided to have a dinner there in the windy and rainy weather anyway as per the above - idiotic pedestrian gate with the column in the way - laundry machine did not accept Revolut VISA card (I think it doesn't accept cash neither but I'm not 100% sure) - the "heated swimming pool" was most likely sunshine-heated to ~16°C (but well it was mid of October...) and closing at 7PM meant you found it already closed at half six. And oh, you need to wear a blue ribbon on your hand to be allowed enter, LOL!
