Stayed 1 night, paid for deluxe sweet, fell short

The sleeping quarters was clean, the bathroom presentation was poor.

The bathroom, grouting around the floor was awful, bathroom cabinet in poor state.

Very disappointing won’t stay here again

The location was great

Room was dirty, paint peeling off walls everywhere, cracked tiles everywhere, mould in bathroom, no kitchen sink to wash dishes up in had to use tiny bathroom sink with no plug, staff rude on check in

Comfortable bed and decent size TV

Bathroom sliding door too small for opening so lacking privacy. No extraction fan, could open the window but it was mid winter, so freezing. No light in bathroom mirror. Entrance door didn’t fit, so light, noise and cold air came through. Website said ground floor accommodation but given rooms upstairs. My 82 yr old husband has bad knees and found it a struggle to go up the stairs, particularly carrying luggage. Website out of date. No restaurant onsite as advertised. Pictures made the rooms look far better than they actually were. I realise they are recovering from flooding but the little bit of redecoration done does not justify the $239 price charged. We paid for a deluxe queen suite, nothing deluxe about the room. We will never stay there again.

Photos were enticing, position close to town centre.

Bathroom and facilities very tired, dirty and in need of refurbishment, repairs overdue. Shower curtains confronting.

Location is walking distance to town. Clean room, very comfortable bed.

Limited off street parking and very tight. Plenty of parking on street though.

Location was ok. Price was ok as Lismore motels doing it tough after floods and many not recovered.

The room we were given was up three flights of stairs and down a corridor and no indication on booking that it was a fair distance to hump our bags to the room. The room was clean and the facilities were good. But bed was one of worst Ive slept in. Lumpy and not sure if springs sticking up but not good. The worst thing about our room was the bathroom. It was a room almost as big as the bedroom but fully open to the bedroom with shower over a hot tub and a basin. The toilet was in the same room, fully open in view of the bed. Zero privacy and not acceptable by any standard.

wasn’t like the pictures. no bathroom door. window was open (onto an easily accessible rooftop) which didn’t lock. Carpark was full and not secure

I urge anyone heading to Lismore to try and stay centrally. the local venues and shops are slowly reopening and really a

we were in Lismore for my nieces engagement party. Lismore City Motor Inn was within easy walking distance of the venue and we really wanted to support the local community after last years floods and not stay with family. The rooms have new carpeting, freshly painted and newly furnished. Spotlessly clean 💕

After the floods you can see that there is still cosmetic damage to the interior courtyard fascia. They have been repainted though. you can see that the room doors have warped but still secure.

Friendly staff

Very Friendly Staff. The guy in the front counter looked after us really well when we wanted to book afew more nights during a busy period. They looked after us really well.

Our room could use a little more TLC. Apart from that everything was great.
