Very bad experience. I won't recommend that hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Location good.

The that they assigned me was very unacceptable, very dirty. I had to fight to get a room change. It was very stressful.

Great Staff, Great Location, Comfortable Stay.

Staff were excellent , everyone so friendly and helpful , Victor in the restaurant was great. . Location was good, walking distance to everything we needed, shops, food options, supermarket and pharmacy right next door.

Construction site out the back was noisy in the mornings and some other noise was quiet audible all night sounded like some kind of compressor, only an issue if your on that side of the building.

Comfortable good located hotel

Great location, clean, super comfy beds, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants. The bar had nice environment with live music that evening. Friendly staff.

The sanitary had a little issue when flushing.

Centrally located near shopping and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Large, comfortable suite with sofa-bed.

The shower/tub wall has a bit of mildew.

Wonderful!

The location, the safety, the staff, everything. they also accommodated my husband’s request for vegan breakfast and for beans. Victor from the restaurant was especially nice to us!

Great location - nice, safe neighborhood with a lot of restaurants. Walking distance to Andino mall (15 min) and Park 93 (10 min) Nice, helpful staff Clean, spacious, quiet room with comfortable bed As we were leaving the hotel early, they gave us a package with the breakfast (sandwich, fruit, juice) Good internet

Not too many options for the breakfast fruits(mostly papaya) /cereals, eggs, coffee/hot chocolate, but it gave enough energy for few hours to start the day :)

Do not stay here if you use the Internet at all, you'll be very disappointed.

The hotel is nice and pretty. The room was nice and breakfast was good. Unfortunately I can't recommend it, for the price I paid (around four hundred US).

The Wifi is horrible, Extremely slow and it goes in and out, it already completely disqualifies this hotel. I was in an Executive suite, it was very expensive and the wifi was almost non existent. A lot of times my free T-mobile international 3G was faster. The hotel's response: Wifi is only guaranteed in the lobby. Seriously? yes it worked better in the lobby but I paid to stay in my suite, not in the lobby. Everyday there was something wrong with the bathroom when they cleaned it. One day a towel was missing, another day they didn't put the plastic bag in the trash, another day they didn't give us toilet paper. Look I don't clean bathrooms but if I did I would have a checklist to make sure everything was perfect in the bathroom everyday. Again this is unacceptable for the money I paid, if it was a cheap hotel I wouldn't complain about this. I went to the reception to ask for a second key and the guy said nope. I was perplexed by this so another guy there said "the hotel is almost full so we don't have any extra keys". What? So I did some research and I found hotel key cards are 10 cents to 1 dollar depending on smart chip, magnetic stripe. I'm not going to say it again but for what I'm paying if you can't give me a keycard, oh wait I guess I said it. The restaurant is very limited and very expensive. The bar is insanely expensive. Look this is a nice hotel but if you can't get the basics right then you're just going to disappoint people.
