Highly recommended place for adventurous people

Amazing breakfast (still thinking about those homemade lemon croissants and the fresh bread), breathtaking view that I'm already missing, supernice hosts (special thanks to Enrico).

You have to see it!

1: The view from this place is simply amazing. That was pure experience to eat the breakfast at the terrace. I had to occupy my balcony every evening and morning, because I didn't want to waste any moment with these view. Breakfast was really good, I enjoyed this still warm bread everyday! 2: If you want to reach this nice place it's obvious you have to like walking, and that's not a secret. I do, so that was no problem for me. I knew that, so I took backpack, not the suitcase, and that was good move. If you think you'll have a lot of shops here downstairs - no, you have to walk. And remember: walking is good for your health, so just do it! 3. People are extremely nice. First morning I had a fresh herbs cut especially for me to put in hot water, that was really awesome. The staff is friendly, and really helpful. And smiling, that's always so nice to see, really. :-) 4. The other thing that isn't a secret: there are a lot of kitties. I'm a dog person, but I had a cat for 14 years, so that was like a mental therapy for me to spend some time with these wonderful creatures, and watch their funny behaviour from the morning till returning after exploring the Ischia island. 5. The wi-fi was really good, so I could work, and stay in touch with people I left at home, that was important for me, since I was traveling alone. 6. The room was clean, every day I had the bed made (better), even I did it myself. 7. Ischia is breathtaking. And the bus stop was close, so I really explore the island since I took weekly ticket, which I recommend for € saving! 8. The room was simply furnished, I would love to have the kettle and one more blanket or duvet here (I love to coccoon), but this little fridge was really great to have, and the clima made my stay really comfy. For me that was enough now. 9. Thank you all, good people from Casa Antonio, for my stay. It was really important trip for me, and I really enjoyed it because of your place. Take care! 10.

I would love a kettle, just to make the tea or coffee by myself when I want to (I'm night owl, and early bird too). :-)

I had the most wonderful time at Casa Antonio!!!! would definitely return

amazing owners - Thankyou Francesca and family! panoramic views easily reached with route 5 bus amazing breakfast, everything local and homemade felt like being part of a family

nothing!! maybe the mosquitoes? but that’s not their fault, Ischia has a lot!

Very good

The view from the balcony and the terraces are wonderful. You can see the sea and the mountains of Ischia. It's really close to the beach, just a 5-10 min walk to Spiaggia Maronti which also has many restaurants and bars. I appreciated the breakfast at the hotel with lots of homemade stuff.

The furniture in the room was not so nice and the bed uncomfortable (from being used for many years).

A cosy, silent place with spectacular view of the bay, wonderful people and porches :)

In the heatwave, the walk up from the beach was soso, but we knew this and came prepared :)

A hidden gem, right by the beach!

Super cozy villa very close to a wonderful beach. The owners were helpful in every way. I strongly recommend a staying at this place. Thanks for the hospitality!

This is a hidden gem at one of the best beaches of Ischia!

This place is truly one of a kind, amazing location high above the sea with amazing views. Francesca is an amazing host and her breakfast was amazing. She even brought me a bottle of Prosecco on my birthday. If you want to feel like living with friends, this is the place for you.

It’s just a bit hard to find. No cars or taxis can drive to the location. It requires a 10 minute walk up a cobble stone path. However, the host will pick you up and help with the luggage.

It was a pleasant stay, and if we go to Ischia again, definitely we choose Casa Antonio again.

You feel as you are at home. They are kind and generous. The breakfast was incredible, with homemade jams and cakes and delicious coffee. The view was spectacular. Shortly before our stay, they sent a message about getting there from Naples, which was really helpful.

The only thing you should know is the path to the hotel that is less than 10 minutes hike from the beach, but the view, the staff, and the breakfast make you forget the path :).

Beautiful location - Great hosts - Pure relaxation. Recommended!

Great breakfast, with a wonderful view from the terrace. Really only 5 mins down to the beach (with a couple of very nice restaurants: Il Faro and Nettuno) - albeit a few more minutes to get up again. We had room 11, with an impressing view from the balcony. Francesca and her family were brilliant hosts, very helpful and attentive.

Be aware that you may hear the neighbours if they are noisy, the walls aren't that thick. Apart from that, the place is lovely, and we sincerely hope to be back. One thing: You will not find a lot of shops in the neighbourhood. We took the bus from the piazza a couple of stops back to find a little Carrefour when we wanted to fix our own dinner one of the nights.

Exceptional

It's a very nice and causy place for people who like a rest far away from parties. The view over the bay is really exceptional from everywhere in and around the house. The rooms are very nice and causy with a small balcony. There are also two terraces available for sunbathing and relaxing. Francesca, the owner of the place, has personally served us and we enjoyed very much the wonderful breakfast on the terrace with this splendid view. We have enjoyed very much the beach and the nice restaurants directly on the beach. We have also enjoy the walk from the beach up to the house which was part of your daily excercise.

That we had to leave.

Fabulous welcoming place and stunning location and can’t wait to return

We really enjoyed our stay. We were made feel very welcome and the location is stunning. It was so nice and close to the beach with a great selection of restaurants. The steps up to the accommodation are so well rewarded by the view. We loved the fresh breakfast out on the terrace.

Exceptional

This is a really wonderful place to stay. Maronti is a calm and beautiful place, and Casa Antonio is in a wonderful position overlooking the bay. Francesca is so very hospitable, and the breakfasts are amazing - most of it provided fresh from the garden. The house is beautiful, and beautifully kept. Highly recommended.

We can't really complain about the climb back to Casa Antonio - it afforded us such wonderful views over the bay, which are unforgettable. However, I wouldn't recommend making the climb in the afternoon heat in summer - mornings and evenings only :-)

family run hotel with personal touch

We love the places that are family run having this additional good vibe coming from personal touch. Casa Antonio is one of those place that we will definitely come back to. The view are amazing, breakfast is very generous with many products grown by friendly owners right on the premises. Spotless clean. Wifi is pretty solid.
