Tranquila estancia en hotel Toboso

Los empleados muy simpáticos y el hotel muy bien situado y muy tranquilo. La habitación muy espaciosa, limpia y luminosa.

Me ha gustado todo en general, por poner algo diría que la piscina tiene pocas horas de sol por el sitio en el que se encuentra (pero se agradezca que tenga).

So Disappointed

Location. Clean.

Day 1 Arrival. We unpacked and then we went for a look around the hotel and the area. We stayed out for a meal. On our return later that evening, when I sat on the bottom of the bed to take off my shoes it collapsed and the pillow end lifted up from the floor. It was late so couldn't report it. Staff on reception didn't understand English. Fixed it temporarily as best we could but hardly slept all night as the bed moved every time we tried to turn over. When we reported it next morning, the lady on reception said they would change the bed. They never did. We mentioned it again to the next receptionist later in the day who didn't know anything about it. So we went out again to give them a chance to repair or change it. On returning to the room late afternoon the housekeeper had cleaned the room and made the bed but it was still not fixed. By this time we're were really fed up. We packed up and checked out. We were supposed to be there for two nights but one was more than enough. Breakfast the first morning - bacon and fried tomatoes were extremely cold. Fried eggs hard, rubbery and very greasy. Inedible. Toast and coffee were ok as we had made it ourselves.

Our second stay here.

Very good location, we could watch the local market from the restaurant, nice pool not crowded. A great choice at breakfast. The shower had plenty of hot water and was very powerful. Good balcony with chairs and table to rest and chill.

Internet could be improved. But good cell coverage so not too much of an issue.

I was in room 112. Next to the lifts. Couldn't sleep. I complained, and the just looked at me. And did nothing.

Breakfast was very good I am son gluten and they had my bread for me so I did not miss out plenty of food I could eat and drink

Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Street parking in September was easy. Clean and pleasant staff.

Disappointed with Wifi. Had to go out to near the lift to connect and it only lasted about a minute in the room. We were trying to book our next hotel on our trip so very poor. Staff told us to sit in reception area, not ideal. Did not know about Friday and Sunday market until after we booked, setting up woke us early not good. Not hotels fault but next door very, very noisy until we banged on the wall at 1:00 am. Breakfast, cold buffet was reasonable with a fair selection. Hot food was disgusting and inedible. Scrambled eggs were cold and rubbery, bacon was cold and hard, little sausages were cold and congealed with fat. Suggest you drop the hot food as it does not show the hotel in a good light. Concentrate on the cold buffet. Note the time we went for breakfast was between 9:00 and 9:15 so it was not running in at the end of service.

The size of the room and the beds. The balcony its nice. The AC works really well.

The bath tube it's super small and old. Too much light in the room and the curtains are not good enough to stop natural light from coming in. The breakfast could be better.

Delicious Breakfast buffet with eggs, a variety of hams, cheese, mermelades, fruits, excellent coffee and much more. A very comfortable and affordable hotel near everything in Alnuñecar.

We always return to the Toboso, we like the location and the rooms have a large terrace.

Good location, a short walk to town centre and the beach.

We have stayed at the Toboso a few times but the cooked breakfast section is always just about kept warm, not hot.

Great hotel but comes with issues.

The room was both large and comfortable. The hotel also provides a good wi-fi connection

The hotel allows large groups of children to stay. Apart from the noise, pushing and shoving at breakfast, they tried to intimidate us when using the lifts. The receptionist stepped in to warn them when she saw it happen.

Thanks for Everything Toboso Crew! :)

I had to combine remote work and vacation, got there as a last minute surprise for my nephew's graduation and chose this hotel for a longer than usual stay (almost 3 weeks). Great location as distance from my nephew's highschool (where we decided to pop up directly for his graduation festivity), not far from the beach either (5-7 mins walk), from the bus station (also around 5 mins walk), from restaurants and stores (lots around). I didn't know at first exactly what to expect or if I'd made the right choice, but everyone there, from the receptionists (Dara, Marcelo), to all their staff (Maria Jose, Rosi and literally everyone in the crew) up to their manager, Dani - all awesome, friendly, helpful. They accommodated every single request I had during my stay, they were all pleasant to talk to and if at the beginning I wasn't 100% sure I made the right choice, finally I didn't regret choosing it. The outdoor pool is not huge, but clean and super convenient for those days when there's a lot of jellyfish in the sea and can't swim there. Warmly recommended if you happen to be in that area. Thank you all!

Perfect location. Parking in basement. Chinese restaurant right across the street. Very nice town. You get what you pay for. Afterall it was rather cheap.

Simple clean and very good value

The hotel was very comfortable and excellent value..close to the town and 10/15mins walk to the beach which was perfect for us. The breakfast has something for everyone, English Continental and plenty for children. October parking locally was easy.

We thought the road was noisy but once we closed the curtains this was no longer a problem
