Bellissima esperienza

Camera bellissima, curata nei dettagli e pulita. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per raggiungere Trento in pochi minuti. La spa è a pagamento ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Als ik het van te voren had geweten was ik niet naar dit hotel gegaan

weer op weg weer naar huis

Ontbijt, hoofdzakelijk zoet zoals gebak. Geen drankje op het terras kunnen doen, alleen maar pizza te verkrijgen in restaurant bij het hotel. je kunt nergens vers bakkie koffie, thee of drank over gehele dag krijgen (alleen automaat). fitness ruimte is ook voor de local dus vrij druk. Betaald parkeren onder het hotel en is ook vrij duur.

Alles super, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Also dieses Haus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Hier war einfach alles super. Lage war perfekt, Parkplätze vor der Tür. Toller Spa Bereich. Jederzeit wieder.

Perfekte Tage zum Entspannen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich ist entspannend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L’appartamento in centro è un NO

Eravamo nell’appartamento dislocato, l’arredamento ci è piaciuto per alcuni aspetti ma per altri assolutamente no (per la pulizia)

Durante la notte si sentivano passi e rumori dall’appartamento sopra. C’erano capelli sotto il lenzuolo, in terra e in bagno. Il tappeto in camera assolutamente anti igienico e pieno di polvere sopra e sotto. Difficoltà nella regolazione della temperatura.

Tutto, sintetizzando! Eccellente, con poco ci siamo rilassate e grazie per l'upgrade della camera!! Non e' la prima volta che soggiorno qui e mi sono sempre trovata più che bene,zona relax troppo piena: vuol dire che piace a tante persone. Tornerò, Ve lo consiglio!!

The massage was great, upgraded to room with balcony and hot tub which we couldn't use because it was too hot, and had to make do with wine on the balcony!

Great staff and facilities but didn't sleep well!

The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. The beds were comfortable also.

There is a bar located just outside of the bedrooms down one end of the hotel. Wednesday night is uni night and if you are a medium to light sleeper don't expect to sleep before 2am because the music is insanely loud. Ear plugs did not help. We upgraded rooms the following night to a spa room, once we moved in the cleaning product smell was very strong, we vented the room thinking that would help but after being in the room for 1hr or so our eyes, nose and throat started to burn. We left the hotel for 5hrs and left the doors open and fan on thinking that would help but it only made a small difference. When we raised it with staff the staff member from the gym came to our room and said the strong smell is normal as ammonia is used here and in the gym showers and the cleaner would have cleaned the other rooms the same. We slept with both of the double doors open and the exhaust fan on in the bathroom. We had no other issues with chemicals in the other room. It's a shame because the facilities are good and it has good reviews so we must of just had a bad experience, be we had 1 good sleep out of 3. Maybe the cleaner can keep the roller shutters up after cleaning with ammonia or dilute it so it's not strong.

Good location, and a very modern hotel.

Very modern Spa/hotel and naturally superbly clean. Bathrooms immaculate, and rooms super comfy. Located close to a castle, but a 20 min walk to centre of Trento, it provides an ideal base. Riding a motorcycle I opted to ride up to reception, and park the bike (free) next to their veranda... security objected, but the receptionist over ruled the decision... Thanks. Paying the car price for the park space a bike occupies, always leaves a bad taste.

La location is very central and calm and the Hotel has a good design. The breakfast is very good.

The swimming pool is not including for guests, we must pay 20€! It’s a pitty that there are no service bar/ restaurant in the great and beautiful esplanade/ garden . It is a waste of this outer space and business sense!
