Too High price and without hospitality

The room and the interior were all in green.

260€ for 2 days - Too High price compared to other accomodations at Como lake with similar equipment and view. The welcome were stressful and without hospitality - “let’s get the Money for the stay - I am busy” was my impression of the welcome by the host or who he was.

Apartment location.

Lack of local Info like where is nearest grocery shop Lack of local shop Didn't see staff from check in to check out. As first day was Sunday lack of provisions

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

The room was good .. it was spacious .. view from room was good ..

My stay at this place was horrible .. it was very far from centre .. the taxi charged alot to reach there .. at 9 pm the place was all dark .. there was no person .. restaurants closed early too so we had to sleep without food .. in the morning we couldnt find any taxi .. walked for 30 mins then found bus .. but if you plan to leave early from that location you wont find any bus also .. there was no uber at any hour of the day .. there was no food delivery isolation .. if you want to isolate yourself in a spooky part of como then book this place .. there was no staff member to help us in anyway!

A comfortable place to stay at Lake Como

Well-equipped and spacious apartment studio right in the town center of Argegno. Multiple good restaurants can be found in the surrounding streets. No private parking, but plenty of public parking space is available within walking distance. Argegno is an excellent starting point from which to explore Lake Como’s various points of interest!

The view is incredible. Great host. It is located in a lovely, small and quaint town yet you can still get ferries to and from very easily. The town also has a funicular to a smaller town called Pigra which holds the most spectacular views overlooking the lake

Amazing location and value

Had an amazing view and great locations with local bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep... direct access and view of the lakes. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Squeeky bed and decor needed updating (very green and 90's/ 00's, but so worth it for the location and price!

Very nice, pleasant stay for a few days and nice view from window

Location was good as port was nearby and wasn't uphill. Room and bathroom was spacious. A supply of complimentary breakfast e.g juice and milk was good. Overall very nice stay.

We had a loft room, so there were many stairs and less headroom but it wasn't that big of a deal

In the center of Argegno

- Close to all services - location is great - Nice and accomodating host - we have arrived at 1am and Nicollo left the key for us in a special locker

- One improvement that could be made is in relation to mattress and pillows. Both were very firm and not comfortable to sleep on. Everything else was very good.

Returning Customer!

We have stayed at this property a number of times now and each time i remember just how much I love it. The location is perfect; very short walk to the lake and its always so peaceful here. We will continue to return here time and time again

Large studio apartment in a wonderful location

We stayed in the attic apartment, we were four people and a dog. Everything was fine, but we just kept banging our heads on the sloping ceiling :) The location is amazing, surrounded by many restaurants, the town has its own beach, a lift to go up the hill. The owner is very friendly. The town of Argegno has its own port, from where you can reach other villages or beautiful villas on Lake Como.

The double bed is very hard. Parking is in the city lot, a place hard to find, especially on a warm Easter weekend.

Parking challenge

Location, restaurant and staff.

Parking is a challenge but not impossible. Must walk to check in at hotel. Impossible to drive close to hotel. Roads in area are extremely narrow and challenging to drive.

Lovely historic location with a great restaurant

Great location close to the lake with a beautiful view. Lovely appartment, very well equiped and perfectly clean. The staff ist very very kind. We were happy about the fantastic breakfast. We liked very much as well the restaurant, which belongs to Locanda Posta. Perfectly served dishes with nice starters of local fish and one of the best tagliata we had so far. Good wine cellar! Thanks to the team :-)

Very nice location near the lake, where you can have a swim. Restaurant down the street

The landlord did not deliver breakfast and just hung up the phone on us when we tried to call him !
