Kurzer, super privater und komfortabler Aufenthalt.

Ich mochte unser Apartment super gerne. Es hat sich einen Hauseingang mit nur 2 weiteren Apartments geteilt, wodurch es super ruhig war. Unsere zwei großen Fenster hatten ihre Blickrichtung in eine Grünanlage, wodurch es auch hier super privat war, trotz offener Vorhänge. Das Apartment war sauber und das Personal am Telefon war freundlich.

Ich bin ein großer Freund davon, dass man am Empfang ein- und auschecken kann. Dies war in unserem Fall hier nicht möglich. Zum Einchecken mussten wir das Hotel anrufen um dann unseren Schlüssel zu bekommen. Als wir morgens auschecken wollten, war auch niemand Vorort und telefonisch auch niemand zu erreichen. Wir haben den Schlüssel dann einfach zurück in den Schlüsselkasten hängen müssen. Ist eine super Sache, wenn man so wenig Kontakt wie möglich haben möchte. Ich fand es jedoch etwas umständlich. Das war aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Hotel reception wasn't open when we arrived, no clear instructions or email about how to collect the key.

Friendly staff.

My room was "B" . ( Rooms have no numbers , they have letters) its on the ground floor, and was pretty cool . There was only one heater in room and not enough to make warm. At night the heater was colld somehow it been closed. İnternet had also failed.

Fabulous hotel - highly recommended

The location is great, easy to find with simple access for keys. It has a large car park just around the corner. The room was very comfortable, the shower good and just what I wanted after travelling a long distance. Breakfast was superb and a most welcome start to the day. Thank you very much for having me.

The wi-fi was ok but would disconnect as the signal wasn't 100% on the top floor.

I'm not got acces to room and hotel. I have to stay on street.

I'm arrived to hotel 27.07.2022 time : 21:30. Check in hotel offering from 14:00 to 00::00. About time 21:30 in reception not been any receptionist. Hotel been closed. I'm tryed call on theys no 004923852454. Any body not pick up phone. I'm tryed call on bell. Bell on door not working. Me and my family have sleep outside hotel in car. It is joke. I'm absolutely not paying for this family room and I'm complain all because me and my family have to sleep in Carr on street.

Reasonable place for one night

We had a room for 3 persons and I saw on the floor plan that it was the biggest room on the second floor, it was nice and spacious and recently renovated. The location is very quiet and close to the highway so good for a break during a long trip.

Nobody at the reception desk in the afternoon - we got the key from the locker after calling the staff, but we didn't get any info upfront that it would look like this. You can hear everything from the corridor through thin doors. The breakfast is medium and I especially missed good coffee before a long drive that we had that day.

The rooms were big and very clean

However for the money charged per day there could have been more amenities in the room like an electric kettle, extra pillows and quilts, toiletries and beside lamps in the inner room-we had booked a room that had another room inside it as we were travelling with kids but the inner room had to bedside lamps...

Perfect for our journey very nice place with huge room

Perfect blocation for stop en route to Berlin. Nice town. Restuaunt attached to hotel very nice and excelent breakfast.

Check in having to phone number was unusual. nice if hotel could have sent message saying this was what you had to do.

Pleasant hotel in quite location that met all our requirements.

Good sized rooms. Quiet location. Parking just around the corner. Breakfast fairly basic but acceptable.

Having a second key for the room door would have been helpful as front door of hotel always locked.

Very good location from a2 road, comfortable room, with a very nice staff.

Was three bed but just two pillows and the blankets, and no staff during night time, so can’t ask for some more, and very dusty floor ( our baby crawled so u can see on him)

No to great for the money you pay

Close to motorway A2 so when you travel and need stop good location.

Too expensive for low standard. Rooms not prepared. On 3 occasions I had to phone reception which no one is there as no bedding, no towels, bathroom not too clean. It used to be good hotel few months ago, now standard dropped significantly.
