The furniture and electronics are out-dated and imo needs some improvements and renovations. Also some deep cleaning from time to time would be great.

The lady at the reception is super kind helpful and comunicative. They change the towels and garbage every day.

Super-frienfly staff, super-strong-wifi, for me it's better than a sterile 5-starts

The spot is nicely situated at the northern tip of the lake and in just a few hundred meters to walk from the sea. Elizabeth, the host, is super friendly and helped us a lot. She really adds a plus one star to this property. Of course, she speaks English and is willing to share insights into what to do around in Mamamia, it's only that we just stayed there for one night.

Wi-Fi is super powerful. Elizabeth is super-friendly and helps a lot, we could check-in without staff present just by following simple instructions, the kitchen is nice and there is a big room to store out bicycles!

Nice stay

The hosts are really friendly and hospitable. Nice location, easy access to the seaside, also close to the main attractions in the area. The room was great, clean and comfy. I will definitely return, because I had a great experience here.

The pros of this stay: - Location is great - Very polite and friendly staff - Rooms are large and tall - Overall cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms - Good wifi - Facilities of the room (TV & fridge, wardrobe, glasses, towels) - Prices/night through the app. Very fair and in accordance to the conditions

There are a few cons: - The smell in the room, as if someone smoked the whole day there - TV remote not working. TV buttons blocked, too. - Old and shabby covering cloth (pilota) - Pillows were too tall and rigid, but I think thid is more of a subjective perspective - Rusted radiators - Rusted supports for towels

They don't speak one word of English. I wanted to book a bedroom for the next day and the women un the desk don't speak nothing English and don't try to help.
