Nous étions très bien logé dans un hôtel très calme. La chambre bien que de taille modeste était agréable avec les balcons. Nous pouvions dormir la fenêtre ouverte sans être réveillé par les bruits extérieurs et c’est très appréciable. La piscine est sympa et bien exposée. Elle n’est jamais bondée. Il faut juste faire attention aux moustiques. Il y a des transats, chilienne, chaises… Un responsable d’accueil parle un peu français ce qui facilite grandement les échanges. Le petit déjeuner est juste parfait, il y a vraiment de tout.

Ce sont des petits détails qui n’empêchent pas d’apprécier l’hôtel. Je dirais qu’il manque une petite fontaine à eau pour remplir des gourdes mais nous avions toujours des petites bouteilles d’eau en chambre. Un petit frigo dans la chambre et un petit séchoir extérieur pour les serviettes serait un petit plus. Un restaurant/snack pour les soirs ou on a pas trop envie de sortir. Et un distributeur de gel douche/shampoing dans les salles de bain pour éviter les sachets/savon.

Nice hotel far from the city with a kind staff

The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and professional.

The location of the hotel is a little far from Barcelona and the beds are not quite confortable. The breakfast was kind of small for a 4 star hotel. Also there is no restaurant nearby.

Mooi rustig hotel

Kamer was mooi en schoon. Zwembad is prachtig en personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ontbijt was heerlijk.

Wij kwamen in de avond aan en er was geen restaurant in het hotel. Dit vonden wij niet erg, zijn in Allana aan het strand gaan eten.

Decepcionante …no lo recomiendo

Decepcionante !!Habíamos estado varias veces antes del cambio …nada que ver cambio a peor..la terraza sucia …la piscina llena de vasos de cristal, un peligro para niños y demás , perros sueltos por la piscina incluso metiendose dentro de ella..me pareció asqueroso…respeto que se puedan traer animales que a mi me encantan pero de ahí ….. Lo mismo en el comedor tú desayunando y los perros por ahí…: Una pena… A parte no tienen ningún servicio para comer tienes que ir a comer fuera i la gente opta por pedir pizzas y se las comen en las mesas del hall…cutre no lo siguiente … Me sabe mal poner estas reseñas pero había estado antes en este hotel y era encantador tenían música en la terraza ..podías comer alguna hamburguesa o tapas …vinitos…restaurante abierto y era un lugar donde relajarte ,pero da pena ..decepcionarte .

Atención impecable

Personal atento y diligente, instalaciones bien mantenidas y limpias, cuartos amplios, desayuno correcto y abundante, WiFi rápido y estable.

La ubicación es bastante remota para quien no tiene coche, el aire acondicionado era débil, apenas enfriaba en un verano caliente.

La habitación muy bonita, el personal muy amable, la almohada súper comoda y la ubicación está muy bien.

La cama era bastante incomoda, la separación del parquet entre la habitación y el baño se levantaba y te tropezabas todo el tiempo. El desayuno se podía mejorar.

I can understand mistakes or oversights. But I cannot accept so much lack of assistance...

I spent one night in this hotel on September 20th. The day before I asked an invoice. They told ma they will prepare it and it will ba available next morning. The day after, no invoice availlble. They took my email ensuring me they will send it. Twelve days later, I did not received any answer, despite all my reminders. I travel for my business. I need an invoice to get reimburse from my company… If you need an invoice, move on !

A breath of fresh air right outside of Barcelona

We need a place to stay on our way back to France. We usually spend the night in Barcelona but this time decided to stay outside the city. It was the best decision. Super quitte location. The hotel provides excellent value for money. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. A very generous breakfast buffet is included as well.

Good location with ample parking.

When we checked in was was told the restaurant was closed so we could get a meal that night. we also asked three different members of staff could we pls have a breakfast bag takeout as we was leaving early before breakfast started. This didn’t happen as in the morning nobody knew anything about our request (not good). Also I was so looking forward to going in the swimming pool after a long days drive, but when I started to go in the pool I couldn’t believe how dirty it was. Even the chrome steps to climb in had ground in dirt on them, so I didn’t go in. And the pool needs draining and scrubbing clean to get it cleaned properly. would never stay here again…🥴

Very good

The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The hotel is nice, the staff are very kind; reception is 24h, which was very convenient for our late check-in. The rooms were well cleaned.

I was booked a room which, according to the photos and size, was visibly different from the real one. I got a significantly smaller room, with a very small bed, which was not very comfortable for two people and 4 nights.

It was perfect. Quiet and beautiful place! Close to F1 Circuit!

The hotel was AMAZING. We came here because we went to see Formula 1. It’s just 10/15 min from the Circuit (take a Cabify/Bolt, never a local taxi!). Breakfast in the morning were so good as well, plenty of food and amazing staff. The room was so big and everything was nice a clean. The Spa and massage experience was great, everyone made us feel so comfortable. THANK YOU AGAIN! 😍😍😍

The room was a bit warm at night, AC wasn’t very cold. We opened the window and curtains and wasn’t too bad (June).

I would pass on this property.

The young man at the front desk was exceptional. In fact, he was the best part of our stay.

At first, we were not given the room that we reserved. That was pretty quickly rectified after complaining to the front desk. Unfortunately, the AC in the room we were finally given did not work. It was a hot night sleeping on the rock hard bed. Also, the bathroom had a constant urine like smell. It was a pretty substantial odor. The hotel shows a four star rating, but in our opinion barely deserves a two star rating. Everything inside was fairly cheaply done. One bright thing was the location. It seemed like a very peaceful location. We had a bit of bad luck though. There was a wedding the next day at the hotel. There was a good bit of noise in the hallways that night. There was also a lot of noise outside near our room from the staff setting up the outside wedding area. The noise started pretty early in the morning.

Not that much reli i felt reli well looked after. If I had to find something what I dint like, it would have to be the water when washing was a bit cool. But honestly lovely, oh and they forgot us some clean bath robes, one day

In general experience was great, I would like to come back!

The hotel is new, room is big with modern design. The stuff is helpful and very friendly! Quiet place with nice view to the mountains from the balcony. Beautiful yard.

The spa was not working The water in the bathtube was not hot enough for winter time when filling it (but they said the hotel is new so they're still working on many things)

Nice hotel, nice location, nice staff, nice room.

Restaurant did not open for dinner apparently because of staff sickness, so we had to order pizza. Breakfast the next morning was also limited and unappetizing.

We stayed for 1 night on our way from France to Barcelona and it was nice for a stopover

Room was spacious and they made us a vegan and gluten-free breakfast. We asked for a late checkout which wasn’t a problem at all. The staff was super friendly. We also liked that you could park your car there for free

the shower head… wouldn’t stay in the holder and the water pressure was too strong, the whole floor got wet. We booked the hotel because of the sauna and the spa. When we booked they said the spa is open but they didn’t mention the extra costs of 25€/h per person. Turned out they also had some issues with the sauna (would be nice to mention that in advance)
