Really well situated in the village. Ample secure parking and secure bike storage. Excellent facilities although we didn’t have time to appreciate them all.

Beautiful location, cosy and welcoming, amazing staff who always seemed to be available but discreet

We really liked the lounge, and as we were two families of four across four rooms, we used it a lot. Pauline arranged a raclette for us for New Year's Eve and set up in the lounge for us and we had a wonderful cosy evening before heading off into the village for midnight! It really did feel like we were guests in a friends home. Nothing seemed too much for them.

staff very helpful and friendly. Gorgeous spa . Studio clean, had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Ideal location for village and Grand Massif Express lifts.

Amazingly good value with the friendliest staff ever!

Amazingly friendly staff! The spa area was really good and due to covid, they had a booking policy in place whereby each room books a time slot to use the spa and is closed to other guests. We could also rent a raclette or fondue kit to use in our room along with locally produced cheese which was super good value. The place is also located between the ski lift and town making it a really strategic spot!

The walls were pretty thin so we could hear conversations from the other room. When the next door room turned on their bathroom light and kept it on all night, we could hear the ventilation fan going all night!

Homey chalet with mountain view

Beautiful location, mountain view from the garden Nice resto at the property Clean, the room even had a kitchinette Spa and pool available, with apointment

room was a bit small breakfast was extremely dissapointing - 7eur for a coffee, a croissant and a piece of bread with marmelade. I guess this might be the French way, but it felt like wasted money. No option if you don’t eat sweet.

Pool, location, summer restaurant, pet-friendly, and friendly staff. Possibility to use spa and sauna privately due to COVID.

Finnish sauna should be hotter. The ceiling of the bedroom (2nd room) of our apartment was very low - maybe a room for kids, but we hit our heads all the time to the ceiling. No good shower in the bathroom (only bath tube with related shower, not possible to fix the shower up and nothing to protect the bathroom from getting wet).
