I like the view and facilities provided and are clean. I have no worry about insects biting as they provide mosquito netting, too.

One of the toilets, the WC ceiling, has water leaking down to my forehead, and the shower screen sliding door is missing, causing wet flooring inside the bathroom. The plug point at the dining is spoiled, so I can't use it for steamboat cooking.

Very good

The balcony has nice, unobstructed view of the hills. It's very near Lost World of Tambun if you're bringing along kids for recreation.

The exterior of the apartment on the whole looks old. But once we were in the apartment, we feel right at home. It is very cozy. The only downside is that there is no white light in the hall. Older folks prefer white light than yellow light.

A Good Place to Relax and Unwind! Good Value for Money!

Good Location. It was in the middle between the town of Brinchang and Tanah Rata near The Smokehouse and the Golf Course. We like the apartment as there was an attached bathroom to each of the three bedrooms. Communication with the host was easy by WhatsApp and enough information was given about the apartment. Kitchen facilities was adequate and enough utensils was provided. WiFi and Internet signal was good in the apartment. On the whole it was very good value for money and a good place to relax and unwind in cool and safe surroundings.

Just 2 minor issues - The water Dispenser frequently shows error message low water level and the bathroom shower water temperature was difficult to adjust and Control

location very strategic. 10 min from Kea Farm, walking distance to Kampung Taman Sedia, nice surrounding. the host prepare everything include coway and utensils. my parent love it

there is 1 plug point not working in second room. if only host provide washing machine would be great.

It was dirty, bathrooms were leaking, furniture was broken, smelly, utensils weren't clean, sofa upholstery is very old and demaged, bed-rooms weren't airy.

Literally everything is very good. One thing can be improved is the heater at bathrooms, sometimes okay sometimes no. Other than that everything is fine . View from Homestay is the same as advertised. Owner & person in charge communicated well, Homestay is clean & pretty. Got iron, hair dryer, water dispenser, induction cooker, oven, coffee maker and complete utensils. Very comfortable with bathroom attached to every room. We enjoyed staying here. 🥰

Pleasant stay

Love the location. Near to Kg Taman Sedia, and quite near and accessible to Tanah Rata. Easy to get in to the apartment. Easy process for checking in. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Couples can take opportunity to walk around the golf course side ways. It was fun and refreshing. For family trip, host providing such a good amount of cutleries and cooking utensils. Plus COWAY also available. No hustle for bringing mineral water to the apartment. Well Done!

Great unit. Keep it up. Just minor refurbishment needed, the rest all perfect with the unit.

The golf view was awesome, felt like at home. Kitch facilities complete for cooking. My kids a parents enjoyed it and my parents too.. every room comes with attached bathroom..totally worth of money.. As i said, i felt like at home..

Some minor damages to parket, bathroom door slightly damaged (need to refurbish), bedroom wall's paint little fungus due to cold weather...other than that, all was OK..
