Beautiful landscaping but not quality lodging given the high price

The landscaping, calm and quiet condominium complex, the general atmosphere and the staff Pamela; very responsive and helpful.

-The apartment we had needed some real updating and renovation: air conditioning condensation didn't evacuate to plumbing pipes, and we had to keep emptying a bucket on the back patio. -There was only 1 roll of toilet paper given for 2 bathrooms -Bathroom in master bedroom had a faulty thermostat on the shower, so water was never cool enough for a shower; impossible to regulate properly so only 1 shower was functioning -AC system was not able to cool entire apartment and mezzanine and bedroom were warm and made sleep difficult at best even after 6 hours of continuous cooling -The kitchen had no sponge, soap for washing up; bare minimum cooking utensils -stovelight and exhaust system out of order (apparently since a long time) - Electrical system couldn't handle the washing machine at the same time as the AC and hot water heater and Pamela kindly explained where to find the general breaker box; about 100 mts from apartment

A great place to have a taste of a luxury village on the coast.

Pamela waited up for us till dark because we were delayed in arriving. She brought us 2 large bottles of water which were very much appreciated. The Rotondo area was lovely and we enjoyed our yummy pastry over the road and then a walk down to the marina with lovely rich people's boats.

Large and great location, but no WiFi and a little dingy.

Location was great, room was large, manager was friendly

No Wi-Fi, sofà was dirty, bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

Location, close to restaurants and shops

Swimming pool area closed between 1pm and 4pm daily. Our apartment had a view of the car park, not of the pool and mountains as advertised There was no microwave as advertised.

Location is really convenient! Receptionist (Anna Laura) is very helpful and friendly!

Apartaments are old and require refreshment.

No WIFI old echo sound property old electricity everywhere Neighbour’s clothes hanging around the property , with Echo i

. The girls taking care of the property were efficient in early check . big fridge

this apartment n 15 no wifi , everywhere clothes of Neighbour’s hanging , it- is old and overrated - couldn’t sleep as echo of Neighbour’s talking worse that hearing someone in the room. bed not comfortable . a piece of wood over the pillow side close to the face , . the electricity is old and and lights don’t work. nothing in bathroom for use . I would not consider this place as a cosy place or nice for a vacation. no privacy. swimming pool have to have diving hat in summer.

Great location and great for self catering

Spacious, great balcony and views, very friendly receptionist who answered any questions

Would have been nice to have an information pack in the property with WiFi password, local information etc. Need a swimming cap to use the pool

Poor

The Residence is quite nice. Great pool, private (not located) apartments are well renovated. Great location in Porto Rotondo, 10m from harbor.

The available apartments (we visited two) located through booking.com were very poorly furnished and a bit oldish. The first one was really miserably furnished and extremely old inside. It had air conditioning not working at it was a drama the first night to sleep with 35C! The day after I wanted to check-out. The person attending in reception (very kind in general) informed that they had an alternative apartment but that they could not give money back for the remaining nights. We accepted this apartment which was ok, A/C working well, but very basic furnishing. We asked to get some refund, but we were never offered. Today at check out, they offered to give a late check out and we accepted that.
