Mala relación calidad/precio

El restaurante en general destaca por su buena comida y buena atención. Fue lo que sacó la cara de la estadía.

Se nos asignó una habitación muy incómoda y ruidosa, quedaba en la entrada del hotel de cara al patio del restaurante, al abrir la puerta se veían las mesas y la gente entrando, el ruido y falta de privacidad fueron una constante, además la habitación era oscura y la única ventana que tenía daba al mismo restaurante, nunca se pudo abrir. La TV nunca funcionó. Solicitamos otra habitación pero se nos informó que tendría un valor adicional y que estaba ubicada en otra sede. Realmente por el precio tan alto no vale la pena la estadía. Si se busca tranquilidad y comodidad no es una opción recomendada.

my favorite hotel in Colombia, better than the pictures

amazing breakfast and food in general, beautiful facilities, very clean, nice and helpful staff attentive and accommodating to all your needs we extended our stay because we liked it so much

had to get a little bit of work done, would be nice to have better access to wifi note: it is a personal/small boutique hotel so you should coordinate your arrival and any other questions you have with the desk during business hours - everyone is available to help you between 8:30 and 5, so make sure you catch them during those hours!

if you are looking for a pool hotel, its a bit small and the sun doesn’t hit all day. Pool area is cute with good shade.

Superb

I was fascinated by the location in the historic center of the city, the traditional facilities and the general atmosphere of the hotel. Likewise, the quality of service, staff education and food.

The room in general was very good, but the quality of the mattress did not meet my expectations.

DEFINITELY A PLACE TO STAY!!!!

Food is just amazing!!! Breakfast is the best!!! The hotel is gorgeous and every detail is taken care of. Mrs Clara and her staff is sweet, attentive and helpful. We had a great time and my son want to move in to the hotel! We arrived home and he was asking to come back again!

We have a toddler so we are a very early to bed family, and since the hotel is also a café, at night you can still hear people dining. Not until too late, but this is just because of our circumstances.

Exceptional

Al Alma is a stunning hotel. The rooms, common areas, and pool are so tastefully designed and decorated. It is a truly beautiful place to stay. The staff are wonderful, helpful, friendly, everything you could hope for. The food at the restaurant is also the best food we had in Santa Fe de antioquia. The highlight of our whole visit was the hotel itself. I highly recommend staying there.

Very comfortable stay in the heart of Santa Fe de Antioquia

Awesome location in the heart of old town Santa Fe de Antioquia. Was there for just a quick overnight visit from Medellin. The staff was very helpful and a very nice breakfast was served on the terrace by the pool. This is not a luxury property; being an old house converted into a hotel. The rooms are clean and very comfortable but lack views and are a bit spartan.

Nothing negative to say. We enjoyed our visit.
