An eccentric and pleasant B & B well located in a small village. Handy for Santander Ferry.

Quite an eccentric historic building with quaint bedrooms. A handy overnight stay for the Santander ferry from the west.

Adelina very helpful. There was a good selection of books. Looking at one meant I visited an amazing viewpoint I would have missed otherwise.

Somewhere under cover to put my motorcycle.

Host did not speak any English at all. Host pointed to a small fridge in my room so I naturally thought there may be some chilled water or something, but when I looked, it was empty.. Bizarre. The shower room was very cramped. The towels were old and rough. Breakfast was toast and cake only..!! Why do the Spanish eat cake for breakfast..!! The only half decent place to eat was a seven minute ride away.. Not something I particularly wanted to get dressed in all my bike gear again for as it was 32°. The host could see I was dripping and never offered any immediate refreshment at all.

We were very happy with our accommodation and have no reservations about recommending Adelina's hospitality to anyone.

Good for one night stop.

Comfortable, clean and the host Adelina was a delight. Parking for motorcycle. With in easy reach of some outstanding roads. Very quiet location. The bed was very comfortable.

Hear everything from adjacent rooms. There is no shops in the village not even a bar.

A fine welcome in an old family home

It's an old house which sits in front of another where the family now reside. There is truly a sense that the house is valued - it is full of old things collected by the family, all tastefully arranged. There is an amazing collection of books relating to the local area, and literature, as well as many useful tourist brochures and maps. The host Adele pays kind attention to all guests, so one feels always welcome. I felt so relaxed in the upstairs room, which is wonderfully spacious, I could have stayed many days longer.

There are four rooms, the one above the street is not so good if you're disturbed by street noise

Beautiful landscapes, good atmosphere, clean and comfortable space.

You can hear all the voices through the wall. Only continental breakfast, no eggs or ham. Weak WiFi in the room. No English speaking!!
