Perfeito, indico e voltaria com certeza.

Localização excelente, quarto excelente, limpo, organizado, bem planejado, com uma vista muito bonita do lago e das montanhas. O café da manha foi excelente. Funcionários bastantes atenciosos com destaque especial para o Sr. GAETANO, bastante atencioso e prestativo, fornecendo todas as informações necessárias para uma perfeita estadia. O fato de ter elevador e um restaurante no hotel também são pontos positivos. Indico e voltaria com certeza.

La mejor vista de Varenna.

La habitación tiene una vista increíble al lago, a los alpes suizos ⛰️ Muy agradable la estancia con personas muy atentas y que también hablan varios idiomas. El desayuno incluido es muy rico y ahí mismo puedes quedarte a desayunar, cenar o almorzar. La ubicación es ideal porque puedes llegar caminando desde la estación de tren a 10 minutos, a Villa Monastero a 3 minutos y al lago en menos de 2 minutos. Fue un lugar increíble que seguramente volvería muchas veces más.

Highly recommend.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with wifi and air con working well. Staff were pleasant, and the included breakfast was very good. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. Very short walk to the lakefront restaurants and swimming beach.

Location is on the main square which is central.

Rude unhelpful staff. Extremely noisy couldn't sleep. Paid for balcony room didn't get a balcony .

Location good

Staff was dismissive and the Room was dirty, shabby and depressing! The toilet seat didn’t fit so you were on the bowl! Toilet was facing and up against the shower so you couldn’t fit legs forward. We left and got another hotel!

very clean, nice staff, great location and the view from the hotel is much better than in pictures for booking.com

the shower area is tiny and did not have space to bend to wash my feet, the walls are really thin - in the morning I could hear someone’s phone vibrate, there are no taps next to the washing basin - instead there are two pedals and one has to press and regulate with a foot how much hot and cold water js needed (like on trains).

The room and property were quaint, clean, inviting, and perfect for a solo traveler. I also LOVED the location and it was a spectacular price for being so close to the lake. The concierge was very helpful in giving recommendations on where on the lake to explore. Overall would recommend it to anyone traveling alone or someone doing a quick Lake Como trip.

There weren’t really options for those with allergies with the food, but I did appreciate how it was included!

We highly recommend staying here. We were in Room 7 with a beautiful view of the lake.

Our room appeared to be recently renovated. It was a large room with a beautiful view of the lake. It was very clean. The breakfast was nicely set up for the guests and the service was very good. I was happy to see there was an elevator to use for our heavy luggage.

It was a little strange checking in through the main register where people are also paying for their meals. On the other hand, their meals are delicious and we liked their outdoor seating.

We enjoyed 4 days at this lovely little bed and breakfast. Not only is it picturesque, it also serves delicious food too

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, really apprecicated the staff effort, comfort , food and location !

Staff waited for me to provide service after check-in cutoff time due to delay in transit. The staff work very hard and are very very busy with the hotel and restaurant . First class , top-drawer. The location is +++ , cant beat , located right in the heart of the Veranna square. Price is very reasonable . Would def stay again .

This is Italy,,,, when in Rome (or Veranna) do as the Romans . if you don't appreciate this FACT stay home...

Great Service! Great Location!

It is located close to everything! There was a street market on Sunday! 2 minute walk to Villa Monastero. Breakfast is included and the Manager gave us a complete breakfast with orange juice, eggs, cappuccino and croissants! We would definitely be coming back!

Lake Como at last.

The location was very good. I enjoyed having various bars and restaurants near.

Google Maps instructions need to be updated/corrected. They unnecessarily guide you down a terrible slope, then up another one (XX settembre street). If one continued walking straight these slopes would be avoided. I had to skip eight o’clock breakfast in order to catch the 8:35 train to Milan.
