It was ok for two nights, when you barely spend any time there, wouldn’t recommend for any longer stay.

The room was nice

The bathrooms especially showers were extremely dirty and mouldy.

Les prix sont abordables.

Ce n’est pas propre. Il n’y a pas des serviettes propre pour 2 personnes. On doit quitter l’hôtel à 12h00 mais à partir de 10h00 les femmes de ménages nous appellent pour sortir de notre chambre avent 12h00. Je ne suis pas satisfaite et je n’arrive pas à bien dormir. Il n’y a pas un ventilateur dans les chambres. Il a y des insectes dans la chambre. La nuit, nous n’arrivons pas dormir à cause de discussions une famille sous notre fenêtre. Les draps sont sales .

Agréable séjour au moment du marché de Noël.

Très bon accueil, personnel disponible à l'écoute. Très simple de se rendre à l'hotel par le tramway D arrêt Port du Rhin direction Kehl. (15 minutes de la gare en tramway). Chambres rénovées, modernes. On a l'impression de voyager avec la décoration au mur. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Nous avons aimer la situation de l’hôtel proche du tram pour se rendre dans le centre ville ! Très bien pour un hôtel de passage!

Il n’y avait pas de wifi, les chambres avec une douche à l’intérieur sont très étroite!

Expect the hostel to be about 30 minutes from the city center and train station.

I liked how close it was to the tram stop.

The employees were VERY loud all throughout the night and early in the morning. I couldn’t sleep because they were hanging out in the hallway screaming and the noise traveled. I definitely recommend that you bring ear plugs. There was no soap ANYWHERE. If you wanted to wash your hands after going to the bathroom, you had to go all the way back to your room where there was a sink. Even then, there was still no soap. Breakfast is toast and juice. Don’t get it, not worth the money. The bathrooms were dirty. I wasn’t very satisfied with how they were set up.

Atención y servicio escaso.

Nada!

Me cobraron dos veces por la misma estancia hablé con el recepcionista ese mismo día me comentó que hablará con el del siguiente turno, mostrándoles aún los extractos bancarios, hable con la del siguiente turno y solo me dejo un electrónico del encargado también mostrando las pruebas, escribí al correo y hasta hoy no han tenido la delicadeza como mínimo de responder, Booking se hará cargo ya que el hotel no da respuesta.

Un buen sitio para pasar una noche. Tiene lo justo para asearte y descansar. La habitación (matrimonial) es pequeña. Dos puntos a destacar, 1. Tiene parking gratuito 2. Tiene una parada de tranvía justo al frente que te deja en el centro de Estrasburgo (Galerías Lafayette).

Staff were nice, but I wouldn’t stay again or recommend

Not too much

The rooms were very small, our room had only one window with no screen so the Window couldn’t be left open for air, plus there was no air conditioning so it was extremely hot and stuffy in the room! The parking wasn’t idea, never enough parking spaces when we were there plus the code we were given for the gate to leave never worked.

Everything in the room corresponded to the photos, clean and tidy. The hotel is located on the edge of the city, not far from the railway station and tram stop.

Some guests molested, knocked on the room.

Cheap and cheerful

It was good value for money. The location was well connected to public transport. Plenty of showers and toilets which were fairly clean. Though the rooms don't come with towels, it was only €3 to buy one.

There was no air conditioning in the room, so it was incredibly warm. There were only 2 small pillows for a double bed.

Pleasant

The position was really good: next to a supermarket and tram stop/bus stop tò reach the center. The room was not so big, but nice furnished. The bathroom and the shower were shared outsider the room. They also have the breakfast but we didn't took It. We took The coffee, but it sucked, but we are in France so that's normal. The staff were very nice. We really recomended It if you are looking for a simple Place.

The floor was ver dirty, the previous visitor was smoking in the room, which was noticeable for many days even after airing it. Because of that I doubt, that smoke alarm in rooms works. Hair, cigarettes ash and dirt was on the floor. Shower canal was extremely smelly!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

THE END DI OF MY STAY!!!!

EVERYTHING!!!! the location is extremely dirty, the minimum hygiene criteria are not respected. the sheets in the room are dirty and not changed. no towels are provided. there are no sinks for washing hands in the shared bathrooms. the room with bathroom included is so small that you have to roll over on the bed to move from one side to the other. There is no trash bin in the room and not even a small cabinet to store clothes. extremely rude staff. the included breakfast is very low quality bread, jam and cereal and nothing else. the breakfast dishes are washed in a super dirty dishwasher Wi-Fi service was not working. the entrance door was broken and dangerous. the hotel parking isn’t big enough to host all the costumer’s cars, if you arrive after 6 p.m. you will not find a spot for your car. if I had chosen to sleep in the train station I would have certainly had better accommodation
