Disappointed

The cleanliness of the hotel is just appalling. Overall, the room is poorly cleaned and maintained. The receptionist has poor attitude and the reception was left unmanned at night. The room key was not functioning at night and we had to seek help from the only security guard at the lobby to access our room using the master key.

So far it was a good stay for spend some time with your spouse but as for family I won't suggest

The location was strategic easy to find easy parking

At 1st I was curious about the room I booked come along with bathtub or no once I made call the hotel didn't answer it even my messages was not respond I were a bit disappointed at that point where I can't enjoy bathtub facilities

The hotel in strategic location

The room should have breakfast as per description but the onsite cafe was closed.. I still havent got any response from hotel or booking.com on the complaint😑 i checked in twice and yet the hotel management didnt inform us upfront tat the breakfast is not available.. Yet i paid for 2 days with breakfast option

Overall is good but during my stay the pool was under maintenance.

The place is near to town. Easy to access anywhere

The lamp in the room a little bit dim and the pool was under maintenance. A little bit sad cause my nephew can’t play at swimming pool.

Has the potential to be a good hotel but...

1. We weren't happy with the first room as it didn't have a bathtub as shown in photo. Was given another room quickly with bathtub. Thank you! (perhaps to update the differences for the deluxe rooms, misleading). 2. Room and bathroom size are bigger and comfortable. (Family of 4 - good size) 3. Room amenities great! (need to change the clothing iron and hair dryer, could cause an electrocution, worn out)

1. Pool under maintenance (please inform/update info on booking.com if possible) 2. Restaurant (apparently only for functions) 3. Room wasn't cleaned well. (a wine bottle left by previous guest, balcony dusty, lizard droppings near sliding door wall, ants occasionally can be seen in bathroom and room, some lights didn't work, sink plug broken)

Disappointing

Air-conditioning in the room was no function. Changing 2 times still bad. Bed was soft not as good as before I stayed. Morning breakfast was lousy, no provide butter for toast bread, only magerine. Tasteless for the hot tea. Food in jia restaurant was not fresh, the ikan masak pedas asam was not fresh what a bad experience I had on that stay.
