Très mitigé

Le personnel est accueillant souriant et professionnel. La piscine très agreable mais malheureusement des gens non civilisés l'on prise pour des toilettes publiques🤮 ce qui a entacher notre séjour.

Le lit de notre chambre la structure faisait un bruit monstre, compliqué de dormir correctement a chaque mouvement même minime ça grinçait fort dommage car le matelas était confortable

Chambre odeur forte de tabac

Pas grand chose

Établissement un peu perdu mais aussi un peu impersonnel et vieillot de plus alors qu’à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée on nous indique bien interdit de fumer dans les chambres nous avons la 133 qui pue le tabac froid !!! Comme nous avons fait une arrivée tardive n’avons pas voulu repartir à l’accueil mais finalement aurions dû car difficile à tenir avons arrêter la nuit !

Toccata e fugaaaa

Piccoli monolocali molto vecchi , letti con materassi super incomodi , ho prenotato perché ero in viaggio dall’ Italia direzione Spagna , il problema è che se arrivi dopo le 21:30 perdi la prenotazione e anche non è rimborsabile, ho scritto 4/5 messaggi via Booking al hotel ma non si sono presi il disturbo di rispondere, qualità prezzo regolare .

A melange of hotel rooms and apartment living

I felt like I was in a Californian lifestyle movie. The rooms all facing into the central covered green space and decked walkways was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air con was a really welcome relief and I slept very well.

My room was clean but a bit tired. Some flaky paint, dented panel door to the bathroom and the material headboard was peeling. Some maintenance required. The restaurant wasn’t open and finding somewhere to eat after 20h00 on a Monday night was a challenge.

It was nice to have a pool - the rooms were clean.

The location was a disappointment as it is advertised as being in Aix when, in fact, it is in the next town.

Be careful with this hotel. It doesn’t say before, but this hotel takes a fee as a reservation guarantee, which then cannot be refunded immediately upon check-in, the refund must be waited for 3-30 days, as one administrator explained to me… In addition, even if you have paid this reservation fee, the rude administrator, without explaining the situation specifically, will charge you the same amount of money that you have already paid in order for you to be able to check into your PRE-BOOKED rooms My family and I came to this hotel on October 17, it was my birthday. Not only I had to explain and get adequate answers to my questions, but also this rude administrator was ready to leave my family (we have a baby 1 year old) and me on the street in the middle of the night, without staying in a hotel, because I refused to pay DOUBLE THE AMOUNT for this hotel I am still in dispute with the hotel, because I have not been refunded for the reservation Today, October 23

Adonis Hotel management needs to pay more attention to guest rooms

the bed headboard looked like someone tear it out, very disgusted to look at or lean against the headboard. It could be a pleasant experience if the bed is presentable. Missing night stand, closet track is out of alignment, very difficult to use. These experiences ruins out experiences with Adonis Hotel

we had a lovely stay even after the mentioned obstacles and everything worked out on the end - the closures in no way sp

the rooms themselves were fine and the balcony - could do with a area- could do with a little updating ie decor but overall a pleasant stay for family wedding

sadly on arrival we found the bar wasn’t open and the restaurant closed restaurant closed as the family who own separately we were advised they had gone on holiday took a trip to nearest supermarket to get supplies for of food for our stay as when we looked at restaurants near by mist of this Ed were closed

the price....

the condition of everything. cheap made with good design for the first year... now everything worn... tiles broken. then everywhere a code... even for the pool. like in prison. sorry but strange concept... breakast was ok!

The apartments were a decent size with a comfortable bed. pool area and bar restaurant not bad. WHEN OPEN

When you book a place for work base with a restaurant and a bar you might expect it to be open on a weekend when the place is rammed full. The place is pretty remote with nothing in walking distance. you can’t get food or a drink. We asked the receptionist in an empty reception if it was possible to call us a taxi so we could go and get food. the response “I’m too busy” and walked off. I very much doubt we’ll be back on attitude alone

the room was great, with a large deck balcony. we sat at night and watched the stars. very good.
