Uma fantástica surpresa

O espaço Vigias foi uma agradável surpresa ! Vale muito a pena pela envolvente, paisagem alentejana de sobreiros onde só se ouvem pássaros de dia e grilos à noite, mas acho que é a forma como a casa onde ficamos foi pensada que torna a experiência única e diferente de tudo o que já fiz e me faria voltar. Tivemos a oportunidade de dormir a ver o céu (janela enorme em frente à cama) e de acordar com o nascer do sol, assim como tomar banho a observar uma paisagem fantástica numa banheira que faz lembrar um tanque antigo. O arquitetura foi muito bem pensada. Podia ser mais uma casa de AL banal, mas não, é super bem pensada, moderna e ao mesmo tempo rústica , e muito confortável. Sentimos-nos em casa. Cá fora, há um tanque para nos refrescarmos com outra vista igualmente incrível. Nesta experiência de contacto com a natureza e relaxamento profundo, há que destacar também a simpatia e disponibilidade do senhor Francisco. Deixou-nos uma garrafa de vinho, um excelente queijo de Nisa, pequeno almoço com produtos de alta qualidade (sumo de laranja natural e doce, requeijão incrível, doce,manteiga e iogurtes naturais muito saborosos), deu-nos sugestões de sítios a visitar e esteve sempre disponível para qualquer problema. Queremos repetir até porque deixamos muito por explorar neste paraíso alentejano. Obrigada senhor Francisco e boa sorte neste projeto que tem tudo para ser um sucesso!

Chic & comfortable

The chic design, furniture and equipment made for a very luxurious and relaxing stay. We loved the large beds, the immaculate and well stocked kitchen, and the gorgeous views. The pool in the two bedroom house is bigger than the picture and kept us cool during some exceptionally warm days. The sail shade and welcome gifts were much appreciated. Loved it & really hope to return.

Nothing apart from a separate bathroom would have been useful for our family of four.

Superb

The house is a beautifully renovated old barn. It's really as nice as the photos look! The pool is really nice. Nice to sit out and enjoy the garden. Well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed meeting Goa the dog. Very peaceful.

The garden is still growing in, so when we were there it was a bit threadbare. Families with small children would have to be careful around the pool, as it is on the side of the hill.

Beautiful relaxing property with stunning sunsets

Beautiful property and very clean.

The electricity or heating wasn't working when we arrived and also didn't work when we woke up on our second morning. The owner was really kind and apologetic but it took too long to send someone out to fix it on the second time so we had to leave.

The location of the house is perfect to enjoy the Nature, isolated but close enough from everything we need from local markets to turistics spots like Marvao Castle and or Castelo de Vide, experience to repeat in the future.

Characteristic house with nice garden and pool and amazing views.

The privacy, amazing view, the garden and the pool and starry nights. The owner was very kind and gave us many useful tips for interesting things to do and see in the area.

It is hard to think of some points for improvement, but we can imagine that this beautiful place is not suitable for everybody, like for example people who dislike or are afraid of big insects. We had never seen anti and centipedes so big and beautiful.

Very good

The sound of silence and nature. Plenty of space outside. Well located if you're looking to rest and the option of visiting nearby populations such as Castelo de Vide, Portalegre and Marvão.

Lack of recycle bins. Also, the property is big enough and lacked big trash and recycle bins outside. Barbeque should be way better.
