Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lager, ein paar Abstriche muss man aber machen.

Insgesamt schöne Anlage in guter Lage. Einwandfreier Poolbereich. Im Zimmer alles da, was man braucht. Im überdachten Aussenbereich stehen ein Kohlegrill und zwei elektrische Kontaktgrills zur Verfügung. Man hat die Möglichkeit, sich kostenfrei Räder zu leihen. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft, die aber teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Die untenliegenden Zimmer sind für eine vierköpfige Familie zu klein, insbesondere dann, wenn man sich aufgrund von Schlechtwetter auch mal drinnen aufhalten muss. Zudem sind die Zimmer relativ dunkel und auch ziemlich hellhörig. Wenig Steckdosen. 2 der 4 Liegestühle auf der Terrasse waren defekt und nicht brauchbar. Fahrräder der Unterkunft sind leider nicht in besonders gutem Zustand. In direkter Nachbarschaft gab es mehrere Baustellen, daher war es trotz der eigentlich ruhigen Lage zeitweise relativ laut - schade, dass man vorher nicht auf so etwas hingewiesen wird.

Three groups of our family all stayed in different apartments and were able to interact easily. The place was walking distance to town and lake.

Wonderful stay, we will be back

Hostess Paola was very friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. A very comfy home away from home. The common areas and the pool outside looked great, although we didn't use them much. Great value for money!

I cannot find anything negative about the property or our stay there.

Near the beach, friendly host, great for family's

This was just a perfect stay for us as a family with young children. Not too crowded, but still some contact with the other people sis possible. There were free bikes, a table tennis table, toys and the swimming pool was great (and had a small area for toddlers). The rooms are not very big, but if thé weather is good, you don't need a larger space. The location was just great, near the beach, some coffee and star bars (some with great ice cream!) And lastly, the host was very helpful and friendly. Our youngest spilled something over the sheets but it got resolved in a very friendly way. Thanks for this great stay!

Great for families

We loved the location and the green space on the property. Not only was there ample room to walk our dog, but plenty of space for our girls to run around. It’d be the perfect spot for a group of friends to stay together and all have their own rooms, but a fun common space (BBQ grill, badminton/volleyball court, pool, and yard). We received a map of the town upon arrival and bike locks in case we took the bikes for a ride into town. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We are breakfasts and lunches at the apartment and ventured into town for dinner. Highly recommend Casa de Matt, as a side note. We would love to come back when it’s a little warmer to enjoy the pool.

Superb stay

We liked this place very much. The place was so tidy and cozy. We had a nice room with balcony from where you could see the mountains. The host was very pleasant and welcoming lady. It was very peaceful place to be. They also have a good parking area in front of the building so if you have a car you don't have to worry. I would recommend this place and would come again in the future.

Beautiful, friendly, peace with lovely surroundings and swimming pool.

Super friendly host and very clean property and apartment. Beautiful nature close by and perfect location to visit the lake or maintains for sightseeing. Afterwards a refreshing dip in the pool is perfect for getting ready to have a BBQ on your terrace.

Nothing really negative to comment on, you can hear your neighbors a bit but neglectable.

Not a luxury but everything you need is there

Only our room (nr.9) had some lake view and the biggest balcony (from the living room and from bedroom). There were very comfortable balcony chairs (a little bit like rocking deck chairs), perfect for just relaxing or to read a book there. The pool chairs were for each room and were numbered, so you always had the same chair just for you. Plus there are bicycles for use for free and beach and restaurants etc are close enough to ride a bike there.

No privacy, if you step out to your balcony, then you are like in the middle of a big family party, all other quests are there around you on the lawn. But this is perfect for the families with little kids, I guess. No real lake view.

We absolutely loved the place. The flat was spacious and suoer clean. The view from the balcony onto the mountain range were amazing. Just a short walk down to the lake, where you can go for a swim. Also the pool was excellent. We would def. come back

Splendid place, nice garden, barbeque area, walking distance to the lake, Gravedona is once of the few town along the coast aside of the main road. Striking church.
