Excelente hotel!

É um excelente hotel, o quarto duplex é excepcional, a piscina é espetacular (com serviço bebidas / comida), staff bastante atencioso e muito bom pequeno almoço. O restaurante do hotel serve refeições a toda a hora. Existe um transfer gratuito para nos levar para a praia. A localização é boa na medida em que fica a meio caminho da praia (10 min de tranfer) e do centro histórico de Hoi An (10 min a pé). Recomendo.

A insonorização dos quartos não é a melhor e deviam ter avisado que ia haver obras no telhado. De resto, tudo ok.

Oasis luxueux et apaisant aux abords du centre de la vielle ville de Hoi An hyper animée !

Magnifique hôtel dans le centre de la vieille ville, sans être dans l’hyper centre… donc un espace calme et apaisant sublimé par une piscine centrale à couper le souffle! Havre de paix où le personnel se coupe en quatre pour que nous passions un séjour inoubliable ! Petits déjeuners juste parfaits! Les vélos à disposition gratuitement nous on permis de visiter un peu plus loin…

Era cómodo y con excelentes instalaciones. La habitación era amplia y la piscina muy buen. El personal muy atento y un magnífico desayuno.

El colchón no era cómodo y tenía uno de los lados vencido.

The most helpful and friendly staff ever

Everything about this hotel was fantastic and the staff were all exceptional - particularly Danh, Yen and Loan who very incredibly friendly and helpful.

Comfortable stay

It has a nice pool and is in a good location. The breakfast was plentiful with many options but not gourmet.

It is not a 5 star hotel in amenities or service. The pool is very crowded and at times difficult to find a lounger. They ration the towels and charge for water. It does not have the feel or service of a luxury 5 star hotel . It is more like a 4 star hotel despite the “ services”.

What we liked the most about this hotel was the staff. In the reception, in the spa and even the driver who took us to the airport. All very friendly and kind! The location of the hotel is also very convenient, as most attractions are walking distance

Magnifique hôtel

Superbe emplacement avec un parking sécurisé pour ma moto. Un excellent accueil avec un welcome drink. Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. La chambre est conforme au descriptif et propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le PDJ buffet est très varié vu les différentes catégories de touristes et on l’a apprécié : bref une excellente adresse !

Le seul point négatif est l’insonorisation des chambres.

spacious. 2 bathrooms. Xmas decorations were lovely and made for a nice atmosphere. gave us umbrellas which we needed in rainy season

An enjoyable stay exploring the great city of Hoi An.

The grounds were beautiful, and we enjoyed spending time at the pool. The buffet breakfast was good quality and had a great range. The location was also good, with just a short walk into the centre of Hoi An.

The room wasn’t particularly sound proof, so we could hear some noise from surrounding rooms

Top Lage und Super Frühstück

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Pool Anlage & super Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, alte Infrastruktur TV, Badezimmer etc. Auch sind die Zimmer sehr ring hörig.

Stay at the Almanty Hoi An Resort and Spa.

The property is walking distance to the town. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help you with whatever you need. The restaurant serves great food at reasonable prices. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are really comfortable. I am planning to go back to this property next year. I highly recommend this property.

Great hotel!

The spa and pool were amazing. The room was very neat and well-cleaned.

The only thing was that we had a few technical fautls--the downsrairs phone to the front desk didn't work and neither did the kettle. Also, on the last night, the ceiling leaked on my husband. But the staff was awesome and it was overall a wonderful value.

the pools were amazing, especially the top level pool where you could lay in shallow water and listen to podcasts whilst in shallow water. staff very attentive.

Wish we stayed for longer!

We genuinely cannot rate this hotel highly enough! We stumbled across the listing the day before and decided to add a night to our stay in Hoi An… we wish we had booked for longer. The hotel was beautiful with exceptional service and incredible facilities. It’s location is ideal for the Old Quarter (only a 10 minute walk) and the hotel provide maps with recommendations.

I can say nothing negative about the hotel!!

Cool pool area

No ladder in largest pool for people with poor mobility to enter. Smaller pool too deep for non swimmers, yet had easy access by steps. Go figure! Winter weight duvee. I had to sleep on top until I got a sheet. All 4 hotels we stayed in Vietnam had duvees. It is in the hot tropics!!

We came for my boyfriend’s birthday, all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I ordered champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to have in our room when we arrived and only the delicious strawberries were there. The staff were all very apologetic and the food and bev manager comped a round of our drinks at the pool to further apologize which was unnecessary but very nice. The jacuzzi on our balcony was great with strong jets. The pool was big with lots of places to lay. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

The air conditioning in our room was very strong no matter what temperature we set it at but it was nice since it’s so hot, but at night we would wake up freezing and had to turn it off. An easy fix!

Enjoyable family trip

Clean room, with unlimited request of bottled water every day. Bed was soft and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good, large spread with varieties. Children friendly with a small playground and indoor play area. Walking distance to old town, around 10 mins walk, pharmacy and convenience stores a few steps away. Located next to a medical center. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pool water was very cold, preferably to have a heated pool
