great deal, cute room, lots of extras- netflix, snacks, snorkeling gear, beach towels

She sent door code ahead of time, and there was also someone at front desk who walked us to room to make sure we got in. The room was exactly as pictured and had instructions and housekeepers contact information. She was honest that most of the beach has washed away, but property is still beautiful, and great pool and great for photos.

We couldn't figure out how to turn on air-conditioning unit, ended up sleep downstairs

Cute, clean, colorful apartment away from the touristy area. A real Jamaica stay.

Cute (1980-90's style), colorful, clean, well furnished studio apartment with a small two seat patio. Don't expect a modern, luxury resort, stay here to experience real Jamaica. Quiet, non-touristy area. Couple restaurants and a small market across the street. Easy on-site parking. Good value.

No public beach in walking distance - access to water on-premise is good but it's just a small partially closed pool of water - safe for kids. Reggae beach is closed to the public despite what the description states. View of pool, not the ocean.

Exceptional

this is a brilliant spot. Great pool and an amazing little private beach. Good restaurant and bar over the road as well and a 10 min ride into Ochi. Communication with Dulcia and Simone was superb - easy check in and they gave us a late check out so we could enjoy our last day and have a final swim - thank you. This is also the perfect location for exploring Jamaica, which is such a beautiful country with amazing beaches, nature and culture. Highly recommend

Surpassed our expectations

Our stay at Chrisann's was fantastic. The apartment surpassed our expectations, with a lovely little kitchen stocked with coffee and snacks, as well as a living room that was very comfortable and generously-sized (with a large TV + Netflix!) The bed was very large and comfortable - perfect for two friends sharing and was as good as having separate beds. The aircon worked well and the apartment was very clean throughout. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and whilst there is activity during the day, the noise levels weren't excessive and the resort vibe was relaxed and informal. Additionally, everyone who worked at the resort was very friendly. Our hostess was incredibly helpful and provided us with a lifeline in the form of a personal contact for airport pickup and taxi journeys, which was important to us since we were there to attend events over the course of three days. When we had trouble connecting to wi-fi, the issue was addressed immediately and the signal strength was excellent. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Ocho Rios for either a short or long term stay - it definitely felt like a home away from home.

Truly a great find when you don’t want to do resort vaca. It is a beautiful stay, the grounds could be cleaner when out

It’s like something out of a book! Just a beautiful location and set up. Not a lot of people around, apartments need updates. Housekeeping staff are the gem here!!! A great value, you are close to everything really. The cove is breathtaking, and amazing to be lazy in all day.

Apartments are in need of some upkeep for sure!!!

Birthday get-away

Location is beautiful the apartment is comfortable for two people. The friendly staff and gracious host was excellent. I truly appreciate the small touches throughout to accommodate the stay. The apartment is kept clean and environment is safe 24hrs security. Food across the street from the location. We will return soon.

The Bed! The furnitures were old, and only a small television was inside the living room. Simone was the person I had verbal conversations with and she really tried to make my stay the best it could be after I voice my concerns.

Had a most wonderful relaxing stay in a lovely idyllic location.

Very efficient, and helpful housekeeper.Who kept me well informed about getting around.Simone is a wonderful housekeeper who did her best to ensure all my needs were met. Initially planned to stay for just three nights but immediately extended my stay to six nights because the place had such a wonderful relaxing vibe. The apartment was spacious and immaculate with a balcony providing stunning views. Would have stayed longer if I wasn’t pressed for time,and will definitely return here next time I’m in Ochi.

Disappointing

This place was between two other “Hotels” and both of them thought it’s a great idea to play really loud different music. So i decided to leave right away. Spend 400$ for nothing. If you like go to the city you need a ride there. The Beach isn’t great actually.

ONLY STAYED OVERNIGHT FOR A FUNCTION AND LEFT EARLY THE FOLLOWING DAY. THE APPARTMENT WAS NICELY DECORATED AND COZY. DEFINTELY WILL GO BACK FOR A LONGER STAY

THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE FRIDGE NEEDS TO BE FIXED. THE FREEZER DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERLY
