A lovely stay in a beautiful apartment

Didn't have breakfast.The location is superb overlooking St Lazarus Church. Close to Finikoudes beach. All staff I spoke to very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the place and if I ever return to Larnaka, I will certainly look for this place to stay.

We received a large room with balcony that gave a beautiful view on the St. Lazarus church and the square. Because of the Easter holidays, we could hear every night the mass from our room. The kitchenette was simple but was enough to let us prepare our own dinners. The bed was perfect but so large that I got lost in it.

The couch is very hard, hard to sit on and impossible to sleep on. But there were lots of blankets to cover it and improve the situation.

Very charming place, we will definitely come back!

Beautiful location in the center of the old town of Larnaca. Room was clean and large. The receptionists are very helpful and speak excellent English. In the hotel every morning, you could drink coffee and eat something sweet, it was a nice surprise. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay with lovely staff

Perfectly located apartment with a balcony with beautiful view. Close to main bus stop, shops, restaurants and only 15 min bus journey from Larnaca airport. We have been offered daily room cleaning which was nice and to a high standard. The biggest advantage of this listing is extremely nice staff. The lady at the reception was very welcoming, offered help and assistance throughout the stay. Thank you again

- Perfectly located directly at the square with the main point of interest in the Old town - the St. Lazarus church - and in close proximity to the sea promenade; it is basically a set of rooms that serve as an extension of the main hotel Opera, which is located across the square; the reception with free coffe and fruits is also located in Opera; - We were warmly welcomed by the responsive and friendly staff; in particular Diana was very helpful in accommodating us and provided us with insights on Larnaca and the region - An affordable and functional stay, satisfactory for the two nights we spent there

- The rooms are nicely decorated, but can use a renovation - The cleanliness can be improved

The bed was very comfortable and the room extremely clean! Loads of storage options and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location is good if you want quick access to the town center where you find a variety of restaurants and shops.

The shower door didn't close properly and it was noisy outside in the evening as a band was playing live music every evening In the restaurant downstairs. Needless to say, we didn't even stay during the high season! I can only imagine how noisy it is when the crowd is visiting. The cleaning staff smoked in the hallway.

Loved Operetta, highly recommended!!

The location is perfect. Close to the Finikoudes (5 minute walk). Getting from and to the house was very convenient. Very clean room and bathroom. Water pressure is like you’re having a massage everyday. Staff are amazingly friendly and cooperative. The room overlooks an amazing view of the church. Overall, I would definitely come again and stay at the Operetta.

We couldn’t sleep in on Sunday because the church is just across from the house - and we’re bot religious.

Great location, very loud at evenings/night!

I had no breakfast. The location at the church square is magical!

My room was located above a bar which plays live music until late night! I stayed for 3 nights and I have not slept in that time really.
