Exceptional stay. Beautiful facility.. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Exceptional stay. The place has wonderful energy. Located near the American Embassy and great restaurants. It had a homey feeling. Staff were receptive to requests and suggestions. When I return, I plan to stay here again.

Maybe a mattress cover to help soften the hardest of the beds in one of the rooms. The other room had softer beds. Internet service availability.

Valeria is the most helpful manager ive ever come across.2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,big lounge.i stayd with my 3 kids.the area is so safe.across road from american embassy.close to markets ,accropolis.valeria got us uber for outings.def a good place for families

Exceptional

The best value for money I've ever seen. Huge apartment with everything you need. Great location - 5 minutes of walking distance to the nearest metro station and then 3-4 stops to the touristic center of the city. The staff is great, super helpful and very nice.

Nightmare, left in 20 minutes, never again!

Nothing, we had to search for other location to stay, since they couldn't give us something better.

The apartment was huge but cold, there were only two A/C units for all of it, it was very humid, it smelled like mold and the walls were rotten due to this. The bathtub was broken or dismantled, and above all the lighting was poor, there were only some led bars on the ceiling that changed colors continuously but the lady who showed us the room said that it was not possible to get white light, or stop the changing of colors. I asked for some lights to work but she said there wasn't alternative...... Last but not least, since there is no parking space available I asked if they could tell me where could I find a garage and the lady told me to ask the policemen at the US embassy if they would let me stay out of the embassy.... Totally crazy!

The room is very out dated, both the shower and toilet were broken. Nothing was done about it after mentioning The front door doesn’t lock properly, which made me feel unsave (there is no front desk)

Below expectations

Quiet location, large appartement, near shop and restaurants

Very old furniture, busted mattress, humid and strong smell of mildew, tiny kitchen with minimal appliances, poor lighting, old sofa-bed, minimal sound proofing with other appartements, basic service, hairdryer almost dead, no iron board, etc.

Excellent choice!

Great choice, well equipped and spacious apartment. You can hardly believe that you are in the city center. Quiet and safe area next to mavili square with lots of eat and drink options. The apartment is clean and cozy only 10mins walk to metro station Ampelokipi.

The only thing I could maybe mention is the extra luminosity I needed in the bathroom. The existing lamps are a bit poor.

Awesome!

The room is actually a small apartment. It was very comfortable and it was kept always very clean. It has a living room and dining room area with a kitchenette, a sink, a small fridge, and a espresso machine and a small balcony. The room has a big closet and has the bathroom on suite, which has a jacuzzi and it is separated from the wc. The location is perfect for me because it is near the conference center and it is a safe and quiet place to sleep well at night. Besides, it has a small-neighborhood life and it is well deserved with a few nice restaurants and bars in the streets nearby, two small supermarkets, cafeterias with good coffee and pastries, a pharmacy, and a bank and it is near by taxi or metro (two or three stops) from the top touristic places.

Cozy and homey

Great ambience and value for money. Definitely the safest area of the city, right next to the US embassy and US Ambassadors house. Mavili square right next door has nice cafes, bars and stores for anything you may require. Stay here and you wont regret it. The rooms need a revamp to meet modern standards and the bathrooms too but in no way is this a turnoff.

Parked right outside the entrance and got a ticket from the municipal police!!!

We really loved the place. It had a lot of space, nice furniture and it was very comfy and clean.

The hot tub didn't work. Also, the apartment had low lighting, which helped to create a romantic aesthetic, but in some cases it was not functional.

Very nice and comfortable place for very good price.

Localization is very good, close to the metro station. Place is safe and quiet. Very good price for the localization and standard of suite. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely will reccomend this place.
