Excellent stay all around!

Highly recommended! Luis, his wife, and the staff are awesome! So clean and secure. We were very well accommodated and enjoyed our recent 5 night stay very much. Beautiful rooms and pool. We ended up in unit 3 - amazing! Unit 5 is also nice. Both have King size beds. Unit 3 is larger and has a more magnificent ocean view of Zihuatanejo harbour. Lovely stay all around. Great value. This was the third place we stayed in the area and definitely the best for us. Only a short 1 block stroll down to an access to the beautiful Playa La Ropa. We had a very special dinner one night at the Triton oceanfront restaurant on the beach just down the road - a great tuna salad, prawn fajitas, pina colada, mango margarita, and very much enjoyed the live music! Lots of stairs so not for anyone mobility challenged - It’s expected as it is built on a steep hillside allowing it the wonderful views! Beautiful views of the sunset from this location - photo taken from Villa 3. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Overall, our trip was fabulous. Loved the location!

Each villa is different. Our room was wonderful, yet the bathroom was small. It would've been helpful to have a few hooks for hand and body towels, along with a small shelf for bath items vs on top of the back of toilet. The shower began to stink from being clogged prior to our arrival and it would've been nice to have help over the weekend. The view from our room was amazing!! The housekeeping and maintenance staff were terrific.

I had a difficult time walking by & having smokers at next door unit.

A perfect place to unwind just a few paces from the sea!

The location was perfect- 4 min walking to the best swimming beach- Playa la Ropa. Beautiful Villa overlooking the sea, really comfortable including drinking water and the daily cleaning service was a plus! Beautiful outdoor kitchen which was well stocked and easy to make simple meals in. Internet good enough to work with. Buses go past doorstep every few minutes to the centre, Oxxo just down the road, plus a great Italian restaurant. All the staff were very attentive and polite and owner is very responsive. Pool was perfect to lounge around.

Lots of bugs- but to be expected right next to the jungle!

Paradise

We loved it so much that we decided to stay an extra day because it was really hard to leave. The staff is great and they were really helpful and friendly. The villas are beautiful and they were just like the pictures but even better. The location is fantastic! A few steps from the best beach of Zihua.

Great location

Nice property, excellent location, and clean rooms.

I didn’t like that the night we arrived we weren’t given the room we had paid for. We were placed in Villa 1 instead of the Villa 6. Villa 6 had superior a view, better wifi signal, and less traffic noise. We ended up in Villa 6 the following nights and were very happy.

Beautiful property tiered into the hillside with panoramic ocean views. Gorgeous architecture and landscaping. Our unit was ideal. Very nice layout with comfortable bed. nice sized patio with outdoor fully stocked kitchen, built in seating.

Wonderful place and people. We will definitely look forward to staying again.

The people were very welcoming and helpful. The place was immaculate. Great location for walking to La Ropa Beach with great restaurants nearby and beach itself stunning. View from our villa was gorgeous. I felt safe.

At certain times of the day the road noise was unpleasant and disruptive. I would have appreciated if items such as salt and pepper as well as coffee filters were provided for our stay.

Charming Zihua

Exceptional, restful, beautiful view of the bay and action on the water, and plenty of sunshine.

Villas San Sebastián is conveniently located. Easy to grab a taxi, 1 minute walk down the hill to Playa del Ropa beach. There are plenty of good restaurants on the beach or close to this location. Luis, owner of Villas San Sebastián provides excellent service to his guests. Your room is cleaned daily and the grounds are beautifully maintained. There is an outdoor gas grill and kitchen area as well as the kitchen in our villa. You will not be disappointed by selecting this property.

All was good. We relaxed and enjoyed our beautiful view everyday. Thank you for being so kind Luis. Just be careful of getting too much sun exposure too fast.

Great location, cute room, huge patio, amazing view.

Very cute spot super conveniently a short walk from Playa la Ropa. Don't get me wrong, it's a pretty heft walk from town. But town isn't so great, and once you discover the super cheap buses that run all day long, it's easy. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms and patios are HUGE, with gorgeous views of the ocean. It's a great place for the price.

Ants! If you're squeamish about bugs, you may not like the outdoor kitchen. Even indoors, the ants will be crawling over a bag of chips seconds after you set it down. I even had to brush them off the bed before getting in each night. They're tiny, and that might just be a Zihua thing, but be aware. Also, the bathroom could use some updating. The shower was a bit dingy.

Great location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Very comfortable,with a gret view. Loved the outdoor kitchen, dining area, and hammock. Luis and the rest of the staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, including arranging for our flat tire to be fixed, changing dates, and replacing lost keys at night. We will definitely return and highly recommend Villas San Sebastian.

Just incredible.

The location could not be better. It’s two minutes to the beach and about 15 minute walk downtown. And the property itself is just lovely. The aesthetic is charming and the facilities are superb. I stayed in villa 6 and it had the most stunning view. Everything was very clean and the service was impeccable. The owner Louis has truly made something special with these villas.

A perfectly lovely villa that allowed us the serenity we sought to end a perfect vacation.

We booked this villa hoping to relax after a month traveling Mexico. The villa served this purpose beyond anything we could have hoped for. The design was lovely, plenty of privacy, exceptionally clean, the pool was clean and a perfect temperature, the kitchen was well stocked making cooking easy, and the view was stunning at sunset. The proprietor and the staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Maybe a funicular to get up the stairs? LOL! Seriously, there was absolutely nothing we didn't like at this site.

Amazing and very friendly owners.

We stayed in villa #9 and the view overlooking the bay of Zihuatanejo is amazing. Luis made our stay very enjoyable and the response is very quick if you need something in your villa. The pool is very nice and quiet.

It is a bit noisy during the day because of the street trafic but after few days I didn't noticed it anymore.

Superb

The unit I was in had an unbeatable view over the bay, the large terrasse was perfect to have along relaxing time. Luis was very helpful all along my stay.

There was not much wrong, I would say that since those apartments have a kitchen, it would be very useful to have some paper towels, salt and paper available there.

Would come back again!

It is a unique property with lots of inclining steps. the view was amazing from my "apartment". cleaning ladies set the room every day, quiet and peaceful with ocean sounds at night. 5 min walk to the La Ropa beach which is absolutely must go. and 10 peso bus to town.

wifi can be unstable at times when remote working. kitchen is fully equipped however, salt pepper and cooking oil would be nice to have:)

Very good option on this part of Zihuatanejo.

Great location, amazing view. Fast access to the beach (200m). Room with full kitchen, very useful and allowing to be very autonomous. Wifi working perfectly.

The fridge was barely not making cold. Noise from the road when using the pool.
