We did not regret choosing it.

We were met by friendly and accommodating hostess. She keeps the place in clean and good condition. I didn't saw other rooms, but our room was very spacious, with lovely balcony and a fridge. Also unusual for us was a segmented lighting in the room.

Sometimes AC could make some strange noises. Seems it needs to be fixed.

It is safe, affordable, and 5-min walk to the beach, recommend to families.

About the room, I suggest more soap & shampoo. TV must be functional. A few more chairs (or sofa) should be in the room. Other all facilities & services are satisfactory.

Clean and spacious space to relax in Unawatuna

We loved the layout and how clean and spacious the rooms were. Our AC didn’t work but the staff were quick to get it fixed. The peacock sounds in the morning was a bonus.

The house met all expectations, I recommend this place to everyone

1.Very convenient location. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk away. Shops, restaurants are within walking distance. 2. Offered a larger room for free. The room is clean, cozy, with a balcony. 3. Friendly staff. If there are any difficulties, it immediately helps. 4. Periodically they cooked themselves in the kitchen, all the necessary appliances and dishes are present. 5. For animal lovers - almost every day we saw a peacock and monkeys.

Good choice for staying in Unawatuna

Great place to stay in Unawatuna. The host is very sweet and helps with everything you need and the location is perfect, a short walk to the heart of Unawatuna but far away from noise. Big rooms, confortable bed, hot water and great AC. Would definetly stay again!

Toilet seat in our room was incorfortable to use and should be changed.

Best stay I had in Sri Lanka

Spacious room, super friendly and helpful staff, hot shower, private fridge, A/C and a community kitchen. The room felt more like an apartment and is located at the end of the one main road in Unawatuna where you can find all the shops and restaurants. Close to the beach and some of the dive centres too (I can highly recommend Sea Horse diving - ask them to take you to the Rangoon Shipwreck and the Cave Rock). Overall a brilliant stay for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Too dirty to stay here

- Friendly and helpful staff - Nice public terrace - Not too far from the beach

- Dirty towels and bed lined with yellow stains - Dirty floor - it makes soles of your feet grayed/black - Cockroaches in the room - Air conditioner blows directly at the bed with no ability to make the air stream warmer (it is better to turn it off at night to not get frozen - Too expensive for a hostel-like room

Clean and spacious room and toilet. You can use the kitchen to cook your meals or even your breakfast. I would stay in the hotel again 👍🏻
