AGRÉABLE

Nous étions déjà venus en 2019... La réception a changé de place et a été réaménagée, c’est plus convivial. De même pour la salle du petit-déjeuner, c’est plus cosy et cela fait moins "cantine". Le concept n’est, apparemment plus le même... La vue et le confort de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner en général et les croissants en particulier. L’extrême gentillesse du personnel, notamment Annie de la réception qui a été très attentionnée et très efficace ainsi que le responsable du petit-déjeuner qui a fait le maximum pour anticiper nos désirs et nous satisfaire. De même pour le jeune homme qui s’est occupé de la wifi de notre chambre pour nous permettre de travailler. C’était très agréable.

La chambre est un peu vieillissante. L’interdiction d’amener boisson et nourriture dans la chambre. La nourriture, cela peut se comprendre pour les personnes indélicates, mais les boissons, c’est abusif, d’autant qu’il y a très peu de choix dans le réfrigérateur de la chambre. Les transats de la plage qui ne sont disponibles que le week-end et qui ferme à 16h, beaucoup trop tôt. Contrairement au personnel de l’hôtel, le personnel de plage n’est pas top. Aucune pancarte n’indique l’emplacement du Star City, nous avons dû chercher. personne pour nous accueillir. Nous nous sommes installés et là, seulement, nous avons vu un jeune homme à qui nous avons demandé une table pour poser nos affaires, il nous l’a apporté mais, nous avons eu le sentiment de l’avoir dérangé. À 16h, il est venu nous dire qu’il fallait partir parce qu’il allait fermer. Le temps qu’il range les autres transats et parasols nous aurait permis de profiter un peu plus de la plage. Mais non, il a tourné autour de nous jusqu’à ce que nous partions et là seulement, il a commencé à ranger. D’autres clients de l’hôtel ont également voulu s’installer, impossible. Ce n’est pas digne d’un 5*.

Very satisfying stay!

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is very convenient as it is right next to the Vincom shopping centre and the private beach! Less than a 1 minute walk to both of these destinations. Also must note that they had given us a free upgrade to the highest level floor with the master bedroom space and beach view. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious. The buffet was so delicious! They change the menu everyday and provide yummy meals. The staff there are also very kind and helping. definitely recommend this place.

Exceptional

Everything was excellent..from the airport pickup..(arranged by the hotel staff.). The food the service.and most importantly..the fantastic staff..the location is first class..over the road from the beach and sailing club. The whole area and hotel location is very good and you can walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel and I hope to be back soon

Nice location, facility. Friendly staff

The location is very convenient for everything. Annie was very friendly, and gave us a room upgrade. The room, which was very spacious, looked out to the beach!

The bathroom is very nice, except the shower curtain couldn't be closed all the way, so you'd get water leaking to the bathroom floor when showering.

Good location and great staff

Staff were very helpful and professional. Big rooms with nice seaview.

Bad shower design means water will always end up on the floor. Don't stay here if you can't stand some music noise from the nightclub across the road.

the hotel is located in the centre of City. It's next to Vinmart and some coffee shops, so it's convenient. The staffs are friendly and helpful

The elevators go slow, at busy time, it took me 15 mins to go downstair

Excellent location and good breakfast but not a first rate experience

Good size room with a view of the beach and a good breakfast.

They would only provide one key, I’m guessing because they did not want us to leave the room with the air conditioning running. Rather cheap though I sympathize with businesses trying to get through the loss of business during the pandemic. Bathroom was very poorly designed with water flowing into the bathroom floor if you take a shower because the edge of the tub is higher than the pedestal it sits in so that a channel is created for the water to flow onto the floor. Wood floor was warping outside the bathroom door and beside the window to the outside

Good location to stay

The location is very good for clubs, bars, beer draft, beachside, shopping mall, coffee shops.....

Very good location, the view is incredible.

The hotel is on the beach and in the city. Big enough, the room was clean, big, so....good.

Unfrotunately there were no tourists, because of the Covid 2nd wave.... The breakfast was weak...

A poor example of a 5 star hotel

The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the beach and many of the popular restaurants like Sailing Club. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Listed as a five star property, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The hotel is very dated with average facilities. The breakfast was awful - limited choice and poor quality - and not worth paying extra for. The room rate is too high for what the hotel offers.

Loved Nha Trang

Room was light and clean, seeview. Brewery and Sailing Club both a short walk away. Their private beach across the road. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Live music every night.

Crossing the road in Vietnam is always an adventure.
