nice budget stay

my friends and i stayed here during the harry styles concert and we appreciated how close the hotel is to the train station that could get us to olympic park. the staff weren't too friendly but they were helpful enough with our requests. we got water bottles and towels during check in and the beds were big, clean, tidy and comfy. the room had bedside plug points for charging and iron/ironing board if that matters for u

one of the windows in our room was broken which was kinda sketchy but it was whatever. there were no elevators so we had to lug our suitcases up to the rooms. one of the workers helped us with the biggest luggage among the three of us but the rest of us had to bring up the luggage ourselves. and during check out we had to bring it down the flight of stairs ourselves too. the downstairs area is a pub and there arent really any convenience stores or supermarkets around . theres two showers on the floor we stayed at and by the time i took a shower, it was always wet with towels on the floor, hair clogging up the drain + a full trashcan. although i dont think thats the fault of the property, just other inconsiderate residents.

great location, clean, spacious, wifi, cold air con & fridge

easy to find, great spot for restaurants, cafes and public transport. room was neat, clean, comfortable, with plenty of room. wifi was available throughout the whole hotel, power points have usb ports (bonus), air con and fridge were really cold and were welcome during Sydney's hotter months.

only negative is that upstairs was noisier than I had anticipated, i.e. closing of doors, people walking through the hallways, guests enjoying their stay (we can't hear their conversations but you know they're awake and active). yes you can hear the patrons in the pub downstairs (which wasn't a surprise, for obvious reasons) but come 11pm most of these sounds had decreased or stopped completely

It’s okay but not satisfied

I love the location and staff was lovely

I don’t like the bathrooms and the mattresses were way too old that I can fell the hard part inside it and the cushions and room were so smelly.

Relatively comfy bed, shared facilities,

i needed to stay in that location. Price.

Lighting in the room, inconvenience of shared bathroom, my transport was delayed, I arrived after midnight in heavy rain, and the present staff, unsure what to do, was initially refusing me access to my room.

Comfortable, spacious room. Staff were very responsive to our questions. Shared bathrooms were clean.

Room smelt slightly of cigarette smoke and there was no windows to open for fresh air. But other than that everything was very good.

Very comfy bed, friendly and convenient location. Close to train station.

The first morning the shower was cold. This was fixed for the rest of the stay.

Basic, but adequate and good value. Perfect location for our needs near Parramatta

Location and surrounding facilities, shops etc. The Granville library, pool and temporary art exhibit was a bonus suprise. The public transport and loads of places to eat were great. The room itself was comfortable with everything we needed.

Music from Pub on Wed & Fri night sounded like it was in our room! Unfortunately while the ladies toilet/shower facilities were good, clean & private, the men were not so lucky and perhaps it was the other guests at the time, but not great to be in with them...

Friendly staff, facilities good. Accomodation in the area was scarce, would have preferred own bathroom.

Shared bathroom, but that is all we could get and a man was using the ladies bathroom that didn't sit right with me.

Nothing, rude staff. I would rather sleep in a kennel than come here again.

Everything. Not the bunch of people you want around your family. Staff are really rude and lack any care when asked a question.
