Studio of 38sqm located in the historic center of Genoa with 1 bathroom with shower and 2 beds in large double sofa bed. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen with 3 burners, kitchen utensils, TV, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer; possibility of Internet access, towels and linen included.
Not suitable for the disabled, pets are not allowed, non-smokers only.
Rates do not include € 1 per person per night of tourist tax. From the eighth night guests will no longer have to pay the tourist tax. Guests who stay in the apartment for health reasons (hospital visits), children up to 14 years, law enforcement officers and municipal employees are exempt from the tourist tax.

superbe appartement au cœur de Gênes

Superbe appartement, une pièce principale très spacieuse, un coin cuisine bien aménagé , et une belle et grande salle de bain . Tout est décoré avec goût et très propre. L'appartement est situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Gênes, idéal pour visiter cette ville magnifique ! Le métro est à 5 minutes. Silvia a été très accueillante et c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons !

This was a fantastic experience. Silvia was the perfect host, really friendly and super helpful and the communication with her was great. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The apartment is in historic building, real palazzo that make that special experience In the same time the apartment is modern with very tasteful furnishing. We stayed there for 3 days and felt secure and very comfortable. It is a great location, close to metro and walking distance to all great sights. We truly recommend this wonderful apartment.

The apartment is very nice, clean, with a modern and tasteful furnishing. It's quite new and very suitable for two persons. It's situated in a real palazzo, which makes it extra special. The location is super! Very close to the cathedral San Lorenzo in the old centre of the city. Lot's of shops, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Also very close to the old harbor. The owner is very friendly, welcoming, flexible and helpful. We can certainly recommend this apartment and would probably rent it again for another visit. Perhaps one minus: in summer it can be warm because there is no airco. But the owner brought us a fan which was helpful.

ho soggiornato con il mio fidanzato in questo monolocale e ci siamo trovati benissimo, ottima pulizia e ben attrezzato per tutto. proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile !!ottima posizione comodissima e centralissima ... mezzi di trasporto a pochi minuti. ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Lovely place, perfectly located just in the heart of the city. Clean, confortable and with all you need. We very much recommend it. We would choose it again. Thank you very much to Silvia for renting us her studio, we loved it!

Una sistemazione ideale!

Questo spazioso monolocale è davvero la sistemazione ideale per passare una piacevole vacanza a Genova: in pieno centro ma riservato e silenzioso, a due passi dal porto antico, dall'acquario, dai principali musei e dai parchi giochi per i bambini, vicinissimo alla metro e comodo a tutti i servizi. La sera si può uscire a piedi e c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta tra ristoranti, pub, gelaterie, locali di ogni tipo. La descrizione corrisponde perfettamente, l'appartamento è pulito e arredato in modo funzionale e raffinato, c'è davvero tutto ciò che serve, tutto è nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Il divano letto è molto comodo, noi abbiamo dormito in tre con la nostra bambina senza nessuna difficoltà. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Lo consigliamo sicuramente! Ho soggiornato in questo graziosissimo appartamentino nel cuore di Genova con il mio fidanzato ad Aprile. Ho trovato questo annuncio tramite internet e la descrizione corrisponde esattamente a quello a cui poi ci siamo trovati davanti. La posizione è centralissima e siamo riusciti facilmente a raggiungere tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse della città. Il palazzo è molto bello e appena restaurato e l'appartamento una vera bomboniera. La simpaticissima e molto cordiale proprietaria Silvia ci ha accolti il giorno del nostro arrivo mostrandoci il monolocale. L'appartamento è molto confortevole, pulito e accogliente e, cosa per noi molto importante, silenzioso. Molto comodo rispetto a molti altri bed and breakfast; eravamo totalmente autonomi per colazione e cena.L'arredamento è fine ed elegante, sembra di stare in una casa delle bambole! La sera la zona intorno è molto frequentata e, anche se la nostra vacanza è stata breve, è stato piacevole uscire a piedi per una passeggiata per i vicoli di Genova. Grazie di tutto Silvia!!Torneremo sicuramente!!

Grosszügige , blitzblanke und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Einzimmerwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt , einschliesslich Kochutensilien. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Familie . Zentraler geht es kaum, 200 Meter von der Kathedrale und dem Hafen entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Auto muss in einer Parkgarage abgestellt werden, da das gesamte historische Zentrum Fussgängerzone ist, An- und Abfahrt mit Taxi bereitet jedocjh kein Problem. Sehenswert der Palast des Andrea Doria 'Palazzo del Principe' , eine Führung durch die 'Rolli' und vieles mehr ... Jederzeit wieder !
